Easy to use tool that makes prospecting easier!

What do you like best about the product?
They have a pretty large database which is great for finding prospects. Makes it easier to get in touch with people and avoid gatekeepers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every is listed and numbers or emails are often inaccurate. I like that you can access it right through Salesforce, but have had issues with it consistently logging me out which is just time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve the problem of having to go through gatekeepers and call directories to get phone numbers and emails. Streamline the cold outreach process and save time.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is super easy to use and typically has the leads I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functionality of Zoominfo isn't the best. Whenever you refresh or click back from a prospect it resets your search to the first page. That is very frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales. I create lead lists from Zoom.

Fix the functionality of the product .

What do you like best about the product?
I can find names along with sometimes emails and phone numbers of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their search function does not always work properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to locate contact info of prospects in order to reach out to them and generate sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a decent tool but not as good as Hoovers or Jigsaw in my opinion but they're improving.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom saves me sooo much time when I'm prospecting, we have the widget in our Salesforce, makes adding new contacts super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike when the information is wrong, the title, their email, or phone number will be wrong.
Most frequently the information was correct but the contact is no longer with that company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to scale our client base, I've been specifically tasked with getting more customers in the 200-1000 employee range. Now I'm able to reach more prospects in the same amount of time.

I like the accuracy of the leads; the email and phone numbers consistently work

I dislike that Zoom can't dupe-check in SalesForce.

the huge coverage of the insurance industry

a lot of bounced emails has been a problem. outdated information has as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
prospecting mainly. it's given us an advantage in verticals where prospecting info is thin

Nothing in particular, could have more direct numbers but overall it's acceptable

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find contacts associated with the companies and their direct contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the info is not current, especially when there is contact info that is not updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying key contacts in the organization that I contact. Primary benefit is finding contacts by job area or the direct contact info (email, direct lines)

A great prospecting tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it shows you whether their email and phone number are available, but furthermore, if their direct line is available. I like that it allows you to filter the different management levels of prospects so that you are only having to sort through the best and most relevant contacts for your task. I like that it shows you who you have already prospected by not allowing you to prospect them again. It is very easy to search either by name or by role, and I've never had trouble doing so. I also rarely get the wrong contact info for a contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow to load an account, but generally speaking it is pretty quick. Sometimes ZoomInfo will give you the same phone number for many contacts within a single company. I understand that it isn't easy to get direct lines, but it would be very helpful if they could find more direct lines either to their personal office or to their cell phone. Also, if ZoomInfo could find multiple email addresses for a single contact that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact info for the right individual in an organization is challenging, and Zoominfo has helped me overcome this challenge. Our business development team has to have hundreds of contacts to reach out to daily, and ZoomInfo allows them to have a virtually endless pool to draw from.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend ZoomInfo. It is an extremely thorough prospecting tool. It's a gold mine.
