Unmatched prospecting tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Unmatched for lead sourcing and the research tools allow me to do a thorough due diligence on a company prior to outreach. It saves time for everyone and allows me to put together a meanignful solution ahead of time. Know the needs of your prospect before asking for their time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ocassionally the information is old data, as people change jobs, but Zoominfo updates this data asap and has an option for you to provide currentr data or alert them if the data is no longer current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to dive deep on an account and really generate conversation throughout an entire company. The goal is to talk to your industry, you'll be surprised at what you discover just by reaching out to people.

What do you like best about the product?
zoominfo sales os tool is the only b2b database which helps in multiple data fields in a contact such as contact name, title, hq, local address and mobile phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the data is old and needs to be removed or deleted from the portal

problem of not able to source the persons name, email id, cell number, technology stack, who is who in the company

What do you like best about the product?
ZI provides me great info about companies and contacts I'm looking for. It's easy to use, and I usually find something that's helpful in my prospecting. ZI makes pulling reports easy too. There's a ton of info available in this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find that the employee size and contact info is out of date. Things are changing rapidly within businesses since Covid, so I'm sure it's a challenge. Please continue to work at providing the most up to date info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI helps me find info I need to do effective prospecting. Company size and contact info are important based on my role in the company. I can find useful info in a quick manner. I always keep a ZI tab open in my browser.
Efficient & Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed how seamlessly the software worked and how it was able to highlight the information I was seeking as well as provide additonal information that was of use. I found that the SalesOS platform was easy to start using and implementation efficient as the platform streamlined many of my business development tasks. Customer support was amazing as I found I only needed to send an email or open the chat when I was not finding what i needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
On rare instances the information was not up to date, though it appeared through my own research that the updated information would have been easy enough to secure if not obvious. ie: LinkedIn updated 1-2 years previous, yet dated information still on the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest problem that ZoomInfo was solving for me was lead capture. Often times it can be challenging to develop leads when you only have LinkedIn to work with.
Great user experience and results
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info has been a great tool to identify reporting structures and client information. Very happy with the product and have just renewed my subscription for another term.

Cost of subscription. Other than this it's a great product.

Zoom Info is helping to identify reporting structures and job titles, which ensures we are reaching out to the right people and understand the decision making capabilities of those we are engaged with.
Most efficient way to find peoples contact information, plain and simple!

3 things:
1. Enhances prospecting, which is a large percentage of what I do. I can check out new prospects, verify contact info, and check for titles.
2. Enables a "hunter" salesperson with an advantage through purchase intent and real-time data; the salesperson can see companies actively looking for their product.

a small percentage of contacts will have outdated information, some are no longer employed at the company

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and lots of info. Asking for help id easy too.

Don't have any complaints. It works well and I love the chrome extension.

It shows me who I need to speak to. Also shows if they have been to our website or not. This helps me call my customers with intent.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use contact finding. Intent, along with setting up buying committees has also been a game changer. Lastly, SalesForce Integrations are key at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside I see is people not seeing the value in it and thinking its just a contact finder.

Biz Dev and Targeting contacts within a given area or sales territory.
Very accurate results!
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that nearly every time I am searching for someone specific or a company's pertinent contacts, there are results and the emails and phone numbers are accurate. I also like the ability to filter locations which is imporant as I only cover two states, as well as other items like position, whether they have a mobile number listed and more. Plus the ability to save searches and set reminders that there are additions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any things I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying the exact people I have success with in my territory with great accuracy.
