Solid system, data has some gaps

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is clean and intuitive. We can build pretty good lists for our marketing and sales folks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data has gaps and we are sometimes missing critical contacts at a company, or it's the wrong info al together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier access to contact info for our outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the best contact information I have ever used. It is very dependable and if they do not have a new contact you can use others within the company and learn what their information should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little bit higher than other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is the main problem that is solved by ZoomInfo for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best product to use for prospecting

Sourcing can be confusing and out of date

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the UI, and it definitely makes my job easier with the ability to source a ton of people by industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using the tool for a few months, I noticed that a ton of employees are out of date because either they don't work their anymore or have been promoted to new roles. It makes my life a little difficult because after sourcing through zoominfo, I have to then go and confirm each person with Linkedin. I wish it was more up to date. And I wish all industry labels were correct because sometimes they are completely wrong.

Lots of intelligence - more than just a look up tool

What do you like best about the product?
Stephen Mott did a great job getting us to really see the value of the platform this year. We had mainly been using it as a look up tool, but he invested in showing us how to use it as a "platform" and we have seen some pretty quick success.

They have lots of contacts, and most do have accurate phone (DL's too) and emails. Their scoops are very helpful to identify companies that have raised funding, executive moves, and layoffs. The Websights also are great to look at what customers and prospects are visiting your website.

Subscribing to daily alerts for scoops has helped us get some quick upsells (funding alerts for growth). Uploading lists of companies to match has also been helpful to narrow down I searches in the platform and surpress from searches. I also really like the org charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot in the platform, so it can be challenging to know where to start. Saved searches are also a little finicky as some you can subscribe to, some you can't,. It would be very helpful if Admins can upload lists and set up saved searches for people on my team. It would also be great if the whole idea of "credits" went away, although they seemed to have made this easier by allowing monthly credits per rep that don't count as "bulk" credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to find contact information for prospects and companies to focus on. We have been able to find the right people and reach out at the right time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the key is to have the right searches set up so you are not wasting time looking at an ocean. Take the time to set up some narrow searches and go bulls eye hunting. The upfront investment in getting the platfom properly set up is worth it.

ZoomInfo gets the contact information that I need

What do you like best about the product?
Easily syncs with Salesforce so I have ton of contact info at my fingertips.


What do you dislike about the product?
Credit based instead of subscription based, though that could just be the service model my company is on

Lead and Attack List Generation, Contact info for prospective clients.

Zoom is a multifaceted tool to create strategic solutions to increase sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
When an employee is no longer with their employer, or a lack of contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To increase sales efforts, and have been able to more effectively connect with decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
The direct dials are very accurate. We are able to focus on staying on the phones instead of hunting for #'s.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data could be updated more frequently. 6 months to the persona we sell in to could mean lots of job changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping our sales people focus on what they do best, selling. The benefit of trusting the data and being able to focus your research on business alignment is crucial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that everyone on the team understands HOW to use each trigger properly or you could pull insufficient data.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is great for finding any company information and narrowing that information down to find the right person and right information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't perfect but it is my go to system. It could be better at company employee totals and maybe clearing out old out dated information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best tool for finding the right person in almost any company. It solves the daily issue of finding phone numbers and emails for prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the recent update to ZoomInfo 2.0 and how willing to work with us our Account Manager has been.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how frequently numbers and emails are incorrect and contacts are significantly out of date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for the need to fill our sales pipeline and increase our contact base.
