What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the content as well as the intelligence around initiatives. Also the MatchList function is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not on Discover. Our company sells a lot into High Ed and we didn't license for that content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End User Performance for big WiFi problems. We've gotten a lot of cold leads that we've converted from your service.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to learn about a lot of brands very quickly for prospecting campaigns - detailed breakdown of who reports to who - integrates well with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
not as many people in the advertising space as i'd like, but not a huge deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quicker to build out prospecting lists, and at a very large scale. In the past it would take months to find 6,000 contacts, but they can do it in seconds
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have the budget, then definitely worth getting

What do you like best about the product?
I love the scoops! they are so helpful and i knew that they are reliable when my account rep was working a deal he found from a partner using the same pain point that i found on scoops
What do you dislike about the product?
some nonworking phone numbers listed. i understand this is going to happen but i cant think of anything else i strongly dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
business prospecting. scoops give a warm entry to a cold call which is a must in this business. love the scoops to have a reason to call

love it. get more out of it than tech target which is really the only competitor ive seen here

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is really useful when it comes to trying to find contacts at companies. It's easy to access an I'm able to find the information that I need...most of the time but not always.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is either wrong or outdated and that becomes a problem when reaching out to the incorrect prospects who aren't in the location that Discover says they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to find correct contacts to have a conversation with. The benefits are that the contact information such as email and phone numbers are easily accessible so that it's less time consuming when trying to guess.

Can do large over view searches and you can drill down to specific searches. Great for sales teams

Sometimes it’s hard to extract large amounts of data

Sometimes granular and difficult to navigate due to the "database" like website.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to look large quantities of companies that fit the proper profile, and find good contacts without lengthy online search process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the companies don't have a lot of contacts within each department, and may not be correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation. The ability to find different avenues to approach one proper contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will give you a good list of companies to contact, but lacks in its ability to deliver quality leads at the employee level.

Discover is easy to use and it syncs with my CRM.

Content is not always up to date and I end up researching people no longer with the company.

Solves my need for prospects to connect with. Time savings, and number of people I can connect with help are benfefits

What do you like best about the product?
Org charts are better than Zoom, although Zoom has the volume.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many contacts total like zoominfo

Account mapping.

I love using DiscoverOrg. It has easily been our most used sales tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's UX is very intuitive. I also love how you can easily upload to Salesforce. This makes it super seamless to add contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The color scheme can be a little much at times. I also don't like that they charge for specific departments (HR v. IT). I think support could be better. Often times, it takes a bit long to update the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting has become way easier. Instead of manually finding emails, phone numbers, etc, it's consolidated and you can easily upload the new information to Salesforce.
