Easily Find Targeted Leads Using Zoominfo Company Database Search

What do you like best about the product?
The intent search feature on Zoominfo platform allows you to find leads based on companies who have been searching for your services or products. Zoominfo allows you to see when the online searches happened within the company and the frequency of those searches. Zoominfo provides the contact info which may include email or phone number of the individual to contact within your prospect's organization
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the overall platform could more user friendly but it is nothing that will hender the value of the platform itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation which will help me to gain more sales

What do you like best about the product?
The filters and functionality are great, being able to find direct titles as well as regional areas for onsite visits/tradeshows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to export 25 people at a time, even after creating a tagged list. Not having an option for typing in an exclusion company, not being able to exclude companies we've exported from unless we tagged or exported entire company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps generate and find new leads. Finding more accurate phones numbers to reach existing leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, as a very non technical person, ZoomInfo is quite easily to use. Not only is there steps to explain everything at first, but the format of the entire platform has stayed the same for awhile. Living in such a technical world, things are constantly changing- it is a comforting feeling when things stay similar. The amount of different features on the platform help in many different ways. My career in sales has blossomes because of the helpfulness of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful section of ZoomInfo is just the fact that there is no way to review or change the data if it is wrong. I have called people thinking that they have the same number but they actually have not worked for that comany in numerous years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo clarifies someones number when I am not sure which number to call. Also, it gives me revenue numbers for companies when doing my work.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me current numbers even if i have to update when people change jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracy of emails. I think that if one domain gets entered for a large enterprises companies.

It gives me direct info to upload quickly and I like using the extension.

What do you like best about the product?
As a salesperson, G2 gives me a chance to compare my company against competitors and gain insights into where my company stands against competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the IU can be slightly confusing at times

What do you like best about the product?
I learn about new account in my territory and in addition they are actively researching products that my solution can solve, leading to a warm introduction.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the update date can be skewed as I have called people that have already bought a solution or already out of their evaluation phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps drive prospects into my outbound cadences. Usually leading to a warm introduction because they are already in the market for a solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo and it's extensions really helps make prospecting/inputing contact data a breeze. Very straightforward, easy integration, pretty good UX/UI. The intent tools, such as buyer intent, are nice to have as well. I've particularly enjoyed the new(er) feature of "most likely to engage" tags on contacts. I also enjoy the advanced searches and the list making. I use Zoominfo every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe this is a downside of most databases, but sometimes the info is very outdated. Unsure how often Zoominfo updates their information but this has been the biggest issue. I come across contact info that can be up to 5+ years old. It could be my internet speed, but it seems slow sometimes on importing data and needs refreshing more so than my other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problems of finding propsects and their data, gives a good look into buyer intent/keyword searches. Zoominfo helps me in a variety of ways as an SDR: finding contact data, giving company insights, showing company/lead intent.

What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoy being able to find the necessary numbers and emails for prospects. ZoomInfo's Google Chrome extension makes exporting numbers and emails incredibly easy. I use this feature every day! Without the extension, my prospecting process would be at least 5x longer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature for ZoomInfo could be better. I feel overwhelmed after any search and I wish it was not as cluttered. Also, not the biggest fan of the new UI for the Chrome extension. I feel like I have to make more clicks to find the information I am looking for
