Great for Lead Contact Info and Account Based Marketing

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of this product when gathering contact emails and numbers to be used in marketing and other drip campaigns is very useful. The filters available to narrow the results make it easy to quickly find the people you're looking for. The support and training provided by the staff is very helpful and makes using the product easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
While great for contact info at small to large corporations. Even smaller startup contacts are lacking, but understandable for how they acquire the info. Even with the use of Chrome which it is optimized for, the in browser platform can sometimes be a bit sluggish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appending, but also finding new leads in similar targeted business verticals. ZoomInfo has streamlined some of our processes by making work that used to take hours achievable in minutes depending on list size. We have received less bounces from our email campaigns. An example is 1 hard bounce from a list of 1000 contacts. The results speak for themselves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Can be a bit pricey, but you truly get what you pay for in user satisfaction and quality leads.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has one of the largest database for you to find emails and phone numbers and pull those lists for your prospecting. The data is regularly updated, although of course sometimes you’ll run into some older data. It was an invaluable tool in sales, especially if you’re not using other robust or enterprise platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the interface is getting better, it could still use some work. Creating and downloading lists can be confusing at first. Sometimes older contact data gets accidentally mixed up with the wrong contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to find many numbers for cold calling and improve our email deliverability with correct information.

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to find direct lines and correct email addresses for almost anyone I want to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 1.0 user interface was way better than the 2.0 version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m able to have the correct contact information for my prospects and the amount of direct lines zoom info offers leads to more meetings booked.

Great program with up to date info

What do you like best about the product?
I love the option to see valuable insights on the company to include the technologies their leveraging. It's important for our selling organization to have an idea what their utilizing to date and where- network, applications, CRM etc.. Also the org chart information is very extensive- not only does it show me the executives and their ranking but also routes me to their LinkedIn. Similar companies tab can also help when it comes to identifying competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more SFDC friendly in terms of integration and sometimes when I go to click on other platforms out of Discover Org it takes awhile to route me there. Within the scoops I was wondering if they could perhaps source where they are extrapolating the articles from and how valid they are because I'm not sure where exactly their coming from- a reputable source?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see most up to date information on a company to include what their IT budget is and who the decision makers might be within the org chart
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think overall Discover org has done a good job at progressing their ability to do more with the platform. However, the process to reinstall the program to get more features is intricate- I have to reach out to our DiscoverOrg rep for help more then I feel like I should to make sure I'm getting the most out of my license.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's powerful database of prospective sales contacts makes prospecting much easier. It's data is up-to-date and has many more contacts then some of the other databases I've seen
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I've run into with ZoomInfo is when I import a contact and they do not have an email address associated with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo makes prospecting much easier, as I know I have the right info on the people I'm emailing and calling into. Otherwise, I'd rely on outdated info from our CRM tool. I've been able to add literally hundreds of additional contacts into my accounts with ZoomInfo.

Right tool for a sales org looking to find more contacts

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect regarding Zoominfo that is the information regarding a lead is ALWAYS accurate. I have not once run into a bounced email or a false phone number, which makes my job entirely easier when trying to qualify leads
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike that there are view limits and export limits based on the level of account that you have, but that is expected in the SaaS industry
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Zoominfo to create new qualified leads in Salesforce, and build our outbound sales pipeline with accurate and useful information
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in need of quality contact info and don;t want to spend hours hunting down a way to connect with a lead, Zoominfo is a total life saver.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool to use for sales prospecting. I use it every day to gather contact information (name, email, role, who they report to, etc) & technology info about a company I'm going after!
What do you dislike about the product?
The upload process into my sales email tool is manual through an excel sheet. But all I have to do is export the contacts + contact info from DiscoverOrg and upload into the tool. Not that difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More contacts, more opportunities, more personalization = more meetings!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great use of your time, great investment!

What do you like best about the product?
That I can find specific position titles and not have to scroll thru them all
What do you dislike about the product?
That it can't scroll through records easier.. you can't go from page 1 -95 without skimming fifteen page groups first. Its also got to be the right listing from company to area of country to world location . if they are not proper it won't show results
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the Decision maker in the area that my instrument was working in.

When you need direct contact information for deep inside position titles at companies

What do you like best about the product?
Most accurate intelligence out there, unified solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it can be a bit clunky at times, but it allows for high levels of customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Separating territories and effectively attacking them in a young and dynamic organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't get caught up in looking for specific titles, as that is hardly a way to evaluate any data provider.

What do you like best about the product?
The way information is laid out about the organization is pretty useful
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccurate information. The example we found a contact who was listed as IT Quality Director. When we got in touch with her, she mentioned that she has never worked in IT. She was a Quality Leader for an end user consumer product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for the Sales team. It helps us with some perspective on the business problems customer might be facing.

A pretty decent tool, works effectively for Sales and Marketing team
