Great way of finding contact info

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using zoominfo for a while to get direct phone and email addresses. Unbelievable success because of it
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes info is incorrect but it’s honestly not such a big deal

Accurate contact data at your fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
I was recommended this product when I first started building out our process to working with brands. We had zero way to find contact emails and using ZoomInfo were able to contact decision makers in every business. This helped us grow our company and acquire fasters much faster than ever imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times it can be challenging to add a lot of data in a streamlined process. It is also expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact info and being able to get directly to decision makers instead of emailing info@
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need something to acquire more clients, I would highly recommend

What do you like best about the product?
I am able to find contacts with details like email, phone, position, etc. When i find someone I want to rach out to, zoominfo makes that possible
What do you dislike about the product?
I highly dislike zoom2.0 so i always have to swtich back to zoominfo1.0
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lead generation, time management, effeciency/accuracy

What do you like best about the product?
It was a surprise to me that they had contacts of industry people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tried it and inquired about pricing, no response. Called the hotline and was informed that international would be handled out of Israel. Was promised an introductory email. No response. Followed up with an email - No response. Followed up with another email - No response.

Live is really too short fellas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to key stakeholders
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is really is pointless taking a trial if the Zoominfo is not interested in their business.

What do you like best about the product?
I felt that it had more names, email, and phone numbers than other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the information was outdated. I would say 1 in 3 prospects had updated information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to contact prospects and generate revenue for my company.

What do you like best about the product?
great database of contacts. The ability to set a multitude of different search criteria make it very easy to narrow in on a specific vertical. The company was very easy to work with. Great sales contact and immediately provided a trial version of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
no marketing functionality. This is not a major deal as the company does have several integration partners that can fill this void. However, it is sometimes nice to have this functionality integrated. I am sure they will get there at some point. It is a bit too early to state much more about the dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding prospects contact information. The benefit is not having to do multiple searches to collect data. Without a tool like Zoom you will spend hours on social media sites like linkedin, scouring Google and otherwise wasting time that should be spent prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We evaluated several competitors and this was the best fit for my team. Easy integration into SF and Outreach.io is being used to automate the follow up process.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like most about DiscoverOrg is that you can search for companies according to your criteria and you will not only get names and email addresses, but also phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is not, let's say, very intuitive. Sometimes it's hard to find what you're looking for, but it's a matter of getting used to using it, although it wouldn't be bad if they improved the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me generate a list of potential clients to call, and this helps us a lot in the company and makes our business grow.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you try the demo before buying it; it is a very useful tool, but make sure it fulfills the functions you need before purchasing it.

Great tool but still behind in higher education

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to search by school and see the scoops and OppAlerts. Seeing the organization chart updated consistently is also very helpful so I don't waste time prospecting to non-active contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I work in higher education and their database in that space is lacking depth. They only started working in this space a few years back so there are a lot of schools missing from their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using DiscoverOrg to dive deeper into the happenings on campuses that we believe have a need for our solutions. We are still very early in our pilot of the solution so benefits are still unclear.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has a helpful DealPredict tool that I've particularly enjoyed. It helps to organize leads by the likelihood of closing a deal and it helps a sales team member better allocate his or her time. The filters by industry are also particularly helpful. It's amazing how many leads we can obtain in just a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience of the software is somewhat clunky and the exporting into HubSpot can have some issues. Further, while I know they're doing their best to keep info up-to-date, there are plenty of outdated contacts in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg helps our sales team find and pursue leads quicker. This generates more top-of-funnel activity and saves time/money over other prospecting methods.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For B2B businesses, I do recommend giving DiscoverOrg a try. The data is far more comprehensive than I would have expected and you'll ensure a steady stream of quality leads.

Ok but the accuracy isn't there

What do you like best about the product?
Immediate access to intel and contacts and company summaries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of contacts and scoops. Scoops are not accurate. Contact name attached to scoop is never the right contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cant be your only database. Good info but not always accurate,.
