What do you like best about the product?
I like that our rep. is quick to answer questions - even if the answer is not what I want to hear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it puts the recording over the notes on the file... I have time to look at the last notes on a client but not to listen to a recording during or before each call to client.
I get frustrated when the pop up Tellwise boxes come up while trying to update a client AFTER minimizing them, and they continue to keep popping up in the middle of conversations with clients.
If I have to go to open a link in another tab to update a client that has multiple accounts, of which I have many, the boxes pop up or disappear.
When dialing the "direct line" it is the main office number and the "other" is the client's direct line - so the wording is misleading, if it could be listed as "Office" on the first line and "Direct" on the second line - that would be better.

Tellwise gives me the structure to complete my daily work functions with ease and transparency.

Need a bigger box for note taking in the dialer.

The benefit of knowing when my clients receive and open my information is crucial to interest and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Tellwise tracks your activity so you are able to see how active you have or have not been interacting with accounts. Seeing how many calls or emails have been sent to accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how the scheduled task bar does not give you a pop up option r reminder that the task had been set.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Tellwise makes my work flow much easier to work thru. It allows me to be more organized about who and when I should get in contact with my clients.
Just can't live without it!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes my entire team 10 x more efficient at finding the correct contacts in the right companies. Armed with just a name, we get their Direct Line and up-to-date email more than half of the time in our industry.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the process of spending "credits" to export the data from ZoomInfo into Salesforce. A number of credits are included with your annual subscription, but eventually you must pay extra to export bulk data.
Good news is, you can still manually copy and paste data from ZoomInfo to Salesforce for free.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've created a prospecting process that works. Every day, my team is finding more qualified leads to target. We're seeing the benefit of MORE CONVERSATIONS on the phone, because we're ONLY calling the right people with direct lines.

What do you like best about the product?
The information that Discoverorg provides is invaluable. It saves time and gets you directly to who you need to speak with concerning major IT projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints here! This product is fantastic. I'm hoping to gain more with the new acquisition of RainKing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge time to value with getting to decision makers quickly. This allows me to get into deal flow much more quickly and leads to more sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Discoverorg/RainKing is the only way to go. Other inferior products will continue to waste your time and spin your wheels.

The data is accurate. There are several contacts available at a company-I rarely ever get stuck without finding anyone

Not everyone has an email listed, also does not always pick up parent companies, related companies

I am getting direct dials to the people I am looking for and the email information is for the most part accurate

I really find ZoomInfo a great tool when you have clear the campaigns you are working on.
The search option its terrific, it allow to filter by industry, type of business, location, revenue, etc.
It works quickly when looking for contact info.

Allow to share access to another team member such a virtual assistant, so you can delegate and be more productive. And it is also amazing that the information can be exported.

I find ZoomInfo well elaborated but if I could think in something to improve I would recommend to work more on the data from outside US. And even though the price is higher than others I think is still a profitable way of investing money and the ROI is pretty much guaranteed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot. Definitely I would say that it saves, time, money and efforts when you are cold calling and do not waste time into building list, trying to pass the gatekeepers, etc. It provided a lot of info about the lead, so we really could know if our service was a fit.

Great investment. I would definitely recommend it when looking for speeding up results.
The worst prospecting tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely nothing. It is not easy to use whatsoever. 1/3 of the time when I am trying to look for contacts within the Zoominfo tab in Salesforce it just says "the page you submitted was invalid for your session. Please refresh your page and try again." And guess what? It doesn't work when you try again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost half the time the contacts are completely out of date. I have called prospects where Zoominfo says they confirmed the prospect was still there within the last month only to find out the prospect has either died or not been there for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating more problems for me than solving them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get something better and don't waste your time or resources on this.
Great if you don’t work in Europe
What do you like best about the product?
When we used it before GDPR we found a lot of great contacts, some that weren’t even in LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is dated and not user friendly. The customer support was also terrible. When I lived companies and requested a call with them I never heard back. Also unsure if they are GDPR compliant.

Pretty sure it’s not GDPR compliant although they might say otherwise. It’s well priced but support is poor and the platform is clunky.
Good, not great, data tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. SFDC plugin is extremely helpful. They upgraded the UI recently and it's much, much better. Saved searches have returned (finally) in 2.0 which make our lives a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
No data tool has accurate data, but ZoomInfo regularly includes employees that may have left a company years ago. Very bad for international. They need to add more broad job function choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts at businesses, mainly just contact information and not the specific people we need to reach out. Saves time in the research, but better for high volume reach out than targeted, specific information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really consider the accuracy of the data, and what specific information you want to pull. Other products can give more information on contacts, ZoomInfo is really best for just phones and emails.
