Great prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can filter down to the best and most relevant results in last 6 months. Also, lots of good company info in a glance which is helpful on the fly.
What do you dislike about the product?
search parameters could be expanded. you have to have the patience to play around with key word phrases and constantly switching them up to get the results you want
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting daily new prospects is great. But ZOOM is best if used in conjunction with other tools (LinkedIn, FB) to get a full picture of a prospect. For hard to get email addys and direct numbers you might normally have a hard time getting, ZOOM is great.

Zoominfo - prospecting necessity
What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo on a daily basis to prospect and avoid calling into and working through gatekeepers. Having direct lines and emails are very useful for these aspects. I use their browser extension on company websites as well to gain more than contact information as well. I also like how I'm able to compartmentalize companies and furthermore, departments within. The "Job Title" input field can be used to further define your end result.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because of the ineffectiveness and lack of development in other areas of ZoomInfo (besides "Search"), there is much I don't like or even use on ZoomInfo. There are many other platforms on the market now that can do exactly what ZoomInfo does, if not more! The Build feature would be effective if your company does not have another CRM (SalesForce, or something home-grown). However, it may be most effective with smaller companies who can't afford those big-box names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to prospect and set up call sheets for the next day in order to effectively prioritize my calls per day. I am typically able to identify who I want to contact, but often get hung up on gatekeepers - in whatever capacity, whether it be their incompetence or their inability to let me through to the next level - using ZoomInfo, I'm able to bypass many of those barriers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo works best when used in conjunction with another prospecting tool, IE Sales Nav, or even LinkedIn works

What do you like best about the product?
The recent update has a look that is much cleaner than the previous version. I enjoy that they list competitors and top executives in the company
What do you dislike about the product?
what it refreshes it always bounces back to contact instead of company - still getting use to the new views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps us to find other more relevant contacts with in a company if our original lead is not effective. I love the new added benefit of competitors to use to compare when showing value.

very helpful - new update is more sophisticated than the previous.

Ease of finding contacts, date of last updated and amount of contact information available.

Sometimes it can be difficult to look up multiple contacts in a quick fashion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completing contact information and details for incomplete data in CRM.
Unreliable information that is good one day and bad the next
What do you like best about the product?
In theory, it is a great tool for prospecting and finding contact information for potential new clients. When the data is good, it makes the job very easy, but this is rare.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is extremely unreliable and at times you can get back less than 30% correct information. We ultimately had to end of subscription and explore new tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through ZoomInfo we were simplifying the prospecting process and reaching out to larger numbers of users at once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not use this system, it will cause headaches trying to correct data.
A Good Second-Chance Contact Database
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has several contacts along with emails and phone numbers of contacts im looking to reach out too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information can be outdated and not complete. When complete, the phone numbers can be correct or incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to find the right contacts at companies to reach out with pitches too.

It's a great start for a contacts, but it it's not a one-fit solution. You'll need to use it along with other services or databases.
Accurate data 85% of the time
What do you like best about the product?
For a product that provides data, it does a great job identifying emails and direct lines correctly
What do you dislike about the product?
The credits. I haven't used one credit but there must be another way of a pricing tier than to say we only have 1000 credits a year to upload to SF
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting passed gatekeepers and connecting with people immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
The contacts were verified and up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
No drill down into categories and was unable to target very specific verticals effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed to replenish database as well as conduct ongoing list hygiene for large sets of contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy of contacts and tools available to quickly complete list hygiene projects.
Need leads, then Zoominfo is for you

We were able to gain new leads in new markets that we jad not been approaching

Some of the leads are outdated but that is expected

Needed more leads for sales people to cold call and reduce the time required to find them

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to find contact info however the info is wrong about 20% of the time. No bueno
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact info is sometimes bad which makes it a guessing game.
