What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can get emails and phone numbers of prospects I'm looking to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see the website view and Salesforce view have the same info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo gives you detailed information on a company or client that you might not be able to find somewhere else. It may give you an email address, direct phone number, address, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information that is provided can be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information that might not be found other places.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool to use in addition to other tools - wouldn't make it my only tool that I'm using though.

What do you like best about the product?
The browser extension makes it very simple to browse websites of prospective clients, suppliers and business suppliers, to save and export useful contact information, split by department and business function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its functionality is limited beyond simply searching for contacts. If we had the money, we would have implemented a proper CRM tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we implemented Zoominfo, we spent a lot of effort laboriously contacting companies directly to prospect for leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can afford to stretch to implement a full CRM platform, do so.

What do you like best about the product?
works great for US contacts. great search especially for searching accounts with a specific tech stack
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe only 10% of the Int'l contacts have direct dials compare the US where most of the contact have their direct dials available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding prospects

think twice if you are getting this for EMEA or APAC

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Many of the contacts have a direct dial number as well as emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is not the most updated. Probably a cross reference with LinkedIn would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has helped my coldcall game tremendously. I am able to save time and get pass the gatekeepers and operators and directly speak to who I am looking for.

Cross reference zoominfo with linkedin profile informations

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of bugs with my zoominfo. I get a lot of error messages that won't work the first time; but after 3 times, zoominfo works.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the consistency of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been a great tool to find the email and numbers to a contact.

Able to access people's direct line. This allows way higher connection rate when outreaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
a lot of the contacts are old. There are also a lot of duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding direct lines. better connect rates

make sure to select the filter that weeds out the old contacts.

I like that it was easy to use, fast, and had a lot of interesting people that our sales team would want to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it provided more personal contact information to be used on the candidate side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding sales contact information- both phone numbers and emails. Easier to make connections and get in touch with the right people.

Not always up to date or accurate. Sometimes contacts are no longer in that position or with the company.

What do you like best about the product?
the tool is pretty self-explanatory and easy to use. The filtering capabilities are good and you can really dig down into the granular details to get what you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
the look and feel of the tool seemed a bit outdated, but that doesn't speak to the actual effectiveness of the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales professional, it is all about making sure you are reaching out to the right people in order to get the desired result, and this tool puts the right folks at your fingertips.

if finding and getting in touch with the right people is part of your job, this is a perfect tool to help get you what you need. The information is accurate and very helpful.
