Lots of Relevant Information on Companies and Employees
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely useful when looking for basic statistics and information on thousands of companies

You have to pay to get more information and sometimes it is not 100% up to date

Retrieving contacts and keeping our customer databases accurate

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg isn't a difficult platform to use. The system is well laid out and easy to understand after a short introductory period. We can access company information that can't be found, or isn't easily found, through public channels. It's a great tool to accessing complete company data. Everything is stored and managed in one concise, so it says us a bunch of time from tracking information down. We can also see contact's LinkedIn profiles, which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. It may take some time to get used to at first, since there is quite a bit of data and many options to work with. There are definitely many companies not included that I'd like to see included, so I the database can grow more quickly, that would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can go right to relevant contacts, which saves time and can greatly improve conversation opportunities. We spend less time researching contacts and can access detailed contact data so we can more precisely tailor our communications for them. We can be more confident speaking to contacts when we know more about them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a way to target data in an easy and intuitive way, DiscoverOrg can be a great tool for you. Once you get acquainted with the system, you'll see that searching for data can be a breeze and you may even enjoy digging around and looking for gems. It might seem overwhelming to use at first, be everything will likely make more sense after you use it while.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg had a fair share of direct dial and cell phone numbers which I found the most value in out of the system. Getting the daily account update, pulling new lists of contacts, viewing company information and opp alerts were all very helpful and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our target market the data was not very accurate when looking for certain tech stack solutions of prospects. Found more often than not the data was incorrect resulting in some blown prospect potential engagements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed direct dials and contact data. Our connect rates did increase with being able to bypass operators and assistants.
Most accurate and actionable data service on the market
What do you like best about the product?
The data accuracy is the best on the market. Plus, they are extremely fast to fix incorrect data. I really like the feature to fix an issue. The insights into IT projects are extremely valuable, and I love getting the details pushed to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data sets are too narrow or not always correct based on title. The IT data set is great, but others are lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking for new names, organizational charts, installed enterprise software, and insights into IT projects. We find it all on a daily basis.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about DisOrg is how accurate the contact information and easy to look up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the numbers are the main company phone number and not direct numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generations. I am able to get a lot for contacts.
High quality data and customer support
What do you like best about the product?
The quality of data is excellent and our Customer Success Manager Will is great. We have expanded our database and inside sales lists rapidly.

The workflows and user interface is not obvious. It took me a long time to understand save searching and list matching. I also do not like that some contacts do not have email addresses.

They have recently upgraded the functionality so it can now go where the seller works and sit on top of LinkedIn sales navigator

They data quality is very poor, especially in Europe and financial services. It's actually painful and frustrating to use. Also if you want phone numbers, have fun...

Allegedly to make prospecting easier. On occasion, you can get the correct email format from another contact at the company (they seldom have the contact you want).

Ease of search. It has been great to see the hierarchy when prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new Rain King/or whoever you acquired data being locked unless you pay more. A little disappointed there. That should be an added value for your clients or data you should have already had.

Prospecting. The data updates are helpful too, sometimes outdated but nice to know.

Ask for access to their new database to be included in your package.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and accurate data makes it a breeze to find the info I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t always find the correct info for a company or prospect in the smb space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for business development so that I can quickly find the key information.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization chart is great and the company profile detail is extremely helpful for what I do. The response time for inquiries on information is pretty quick as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the contact my company receives are outdated. So, when we do a mass pull, we can't confirm if all contacts are still employed etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg offers us corporate addresses, as well as contact address for those we have in our system, but might have missing information given. We are also able to look for prospects through the organization charts as well.
