The level of detail and accuracy is better than any other tool I've used

I love the ability to look at the org chart and see who rolls up where.

For the tools section, it seems to list every tool they may have had at some point, so it isn't always the most helpful for their current tools.

Great tool! Strongly recommend the tool for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
Phone numbers are spot on directly to your prospect. Many times I can get straight through without having to deal with an operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the "scoops and alerts" as they can be outdated information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have realized is direct dials and not having to deal with operators that are not allowing vendors through their phone system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want market knowledge and financials on your targeted prospects it is great. The phone number and email accuracy is almost 90%

The ability to easily narrow down my search to target accounts and access to an org chart - helps with multi-threading

The interface could be improved - sometimes the searches aren't saved.

DiscoverOrg contact data is the most accurate contact data I have ever used. I can't do ABM without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how segmented the products. If I am selling a martech solution that means I need to pay for both marketing and IT datasets. The same goes for international.

We use DiscoverOrg to get accurate contact data.

Have them map some accounts for you.
Commendable for data quality but won't recommend it for cold calling.

Prospects can be easily identified. Useful for checking the direct numbers/ softwares and technologies/ leaderships and few others.

Great direct workflow that imports leads straight to salesforce.

Sometimes companies I'm prospecting aren't in the database.

It makes outbound prospecting a breeze.
Clean Data, Good Support, Easily Integrated
What do you like best about the product?
The data appears to be very clean so far, very few bounces, which is nice. Some of the "direct-dials" still will route to a administrative assistant, but that is probably inevitable.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the RainKing acquisition some contacts who were in the content lists we subscribed to were not available, and required an up in subscription. It caused quite a bit of confusion for our end-users using the tool, as they were constantly confused why they did not have access to the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having contact information, being able to make sure you have the right information. If you are at an event and someone drops you their name, but you aren't exactly sure you heard them right or got the right information, being able to check it against DiscoverOrg is nice.
One of the best tools in the sales tool belt
What do you like best about the product?
Simple, easy look up for phone numbers, job titles, and email addresses. I rarely find that I have the wrong phone number/email so I can rely heavily on zoominfo to get into contact with anyone at any company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information isn't 100% accurate but I find this mostly true when people are changing companies or no longer work at a particular company. I also find that EMEA might not have the best info - definitely industry leader in the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of having to guess emails using an email verifier or go through a receptionist, I have all the information I need at my fingertips saving hours of my day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I found that the information on zoominfo vs discoverorg was a lot more accurate and I like the interface a lot better. I would definitely check out zoominfo if you're looking for sales intelligence tools.
