Excellent Sales Product Cant Beat it !
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a 99% accurate contact rate and details providing mobile no and emails if looking to contact businesses
it is very quick and resourceful to use
I have used Zoom for a couple of years now would be lost without it

What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is some contacts have moved and closed but on a general basis it is 99% accurate

Zoom assists in suppling accurate contacts and data to generate sales
Fantastic product, makes company research much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce integrations for quick contacts, contact info for prospects, and company revenue/HQ information readily available.

Sometimes revenue/contact information is incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trouble finding contacts and company structure within corporate environments. Ease of use for a high volume workload to manage a sales pipeline.
Effective tools for lead management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, hit to the point during lead management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of mass exporting and selecting, for example I have to manually select the leads page by page when I clearly understand those leads are all my targeting customer.
Another things i noticed during the lead management is, for example when we create the buying comitte, it might be helpful if we can add some more conditions. Giving an example.
For the company size under 500 employees, manager level is enough and good for my team. But for the employees above 1000, I definitely need to narrow down the filters and make the level up to senior manager, or directors in need.
But in most of the time, we won't make a seperate search by company size, so we likely mix them together. So the result you will find, I got a smal XYZ company has about 10 leads which contains exactly lead i need. But I got 200 leads for Yamaha, then I need to manually select the leads because I don't need manager at this time and they have bunch of managers.

Lead management is outbeating others, but it lacks more info for small company. I know that we can do something like SalesLoft and might want to make our team using this feature as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the best tool for creating new prospect data for generating high leads and valuable infornation for the propsect client to convert the leads into valuable customers. Since 3 years we are using the Zoominfo for the and it is really a good platform for customer support as it provides a all type of data including industry verticals, new hire basis, buying commitee, Intent signals, and scoops. It is also a good tool for ease of implemntation and also helpful for integration purpose as I am using Zoominfo since past 3 years and it really works well in terms for converting new prospect into clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo does not have much dislikes but only part dislikes is it is having past data, we generally don't get the past 3 months data for the new hires employees in the organization. It is ease of use for the other informations for the prospects such as Technologies and Attributes, Scoops, RFP's , Export and Import contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info helps in getting high valuable data points and data information for the prospect clients and it is helpul in converting the prospects into customers or clients as it provides all the required information for the clients such what technologies they are using as their product or software for payroll or Applicant Tracking System and what are the benefits the companies are providing to their employees, what is good intent signals what are the topics the client is looking out for the purchase etc.. so this all may helps the sales guy to go ahead with the details before having meeting with the client so that the sales person can explain the deatils about their product more informatively as they are aware that what products the client is actually using before or now.

I like the Intent and Websights information. That way you can target potential customers that are looking for a solution you can supply to them

Not have the actual person or persons that have reviewed your Intent or Websights. An email of that person would be perfect with a quick turnaround time to contact those people

ZoomInfo Sales OS is a great source for prospecting!

Great tool to use for researching and gathering information on prospects! Everything is there, the interface is easy to use and I like all the functionalities. Great product

Sometimes the data isn't accurate and phone number may not be available

Mainly finding specific titles to prospects obtaining the correct information to outreach
Literally, the best in class. More contacts, higher accuracy, better functionality.
What do you like best about the product?
I mean, it's the contacts - having them, accurately, and with plenty of good contact data. And having the contacts, I do more list uploading than list building, so the list-match feature is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price, obviously - but it's worth it. And then the export limits. But that's just their business model, which is fine, as it's definitely worth the investment.
