Most accurate lead generation tool for Saas
What do you like best about the product?
It is by far the most powerful and accurate lead gen tool I use as an Account Executive selling to Sales related decision makers in the software industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do find quite a bit of general lines. It would be awesome if they updated titles quicker as people get promoted within a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo to get accurate email addresses and usually accurate direct lines to build prospect lists.
Big fan of discover.org
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull custom lists and reach specific targets at scale. Also, the technology insight per account is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
not enough HSE and operations contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
building a new markets business within a large technology org. The benefit is a robust and growing pipeline of opportunity.

The Org Charts. The up-time is good. The vast amount of information that is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a glitch in the Canadian searches involving the area codes. It does not produce the correct results when I run searches. A rep was here and mentioned that it was a problem after I brought it up. However, when I contact rep in the your offices he said " it is working as designed".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Too soon to tell.
Just starting out - Very useful for whitespace prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Zoom info add in called "reach out" as it is very useful to find the correct information for email and calling when searching for new prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is alot of companies that are not on Zoom info that are semi enterprise level and I believe should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily finding information on brand new prospects while utilizing Sales Navigator as well

The user interface is very easy to navigate and provides great insight into current organization charts as well as pain points the companies are facing and projects associated with these pain points.

limitations in Data Sets available (could be Licensing)

Ensure that you are acquiring the proper data sets associated with the organizations you are interested in.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce.com is fantastic. It sits as a visual force page with in SFDC and can import information directly from that page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the sign in was automatic from Salesforce.com but it's a minor thing. The information can be a little outdated sometimes but for the most part is fairly accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the information problem that all sales people run into. We, as a team, have seen the ease that we are able to gather information on the appropriate person or target.
All Good in terms of data, but Scoops/Triggers can get better.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy UI and quick response on search requests and fix it requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The very basic explanation on scoops and Triggers.

Using it to access leads for our marketing campaign and so far we are happy with the outcome.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use and contact information is more up to date than other tools I've used. Our MDRs and Account Executives use the tool to find contact information for prospects in my targeted accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
-I wish it was easier to mass export

See if you are able to get a trial to compare contact information across products you are considering.

What do you like best about the product?
The database is so informative. I've qualified contacts based on the numbers within the database.

Does not have much information on the lesser known companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting is much more effective on an account based sales development approach. More efficient with finding contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like receiving direct phone numbers, emails, and high-quality information that helps me prospect more effectively and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. Earlier today, it crashed for a few minutes but other than that it's a great tool for my job (SDR). Also, some info is outdated so more consistent updates to data would be great. I always have to double check linkedin to confirm the person is still at the company i'm reaching out to.

It helps reps work faster and more effectively by receiving direct numbers and emails. It's a huge time saver.
