What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to look up a contact and what they're posting about on Social Media. It cuts down on digging around for information and the accuracy of the data is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think ZI could improve their UI. It looks a bit outdated and a few fixes could modernize it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that are being solved are speeding up finding contact information. It's been such a time saver and allows you to look it up and save right in Salesforce which eliminates a lot of the manual data entry that just about everyone hates doing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the social data to see what people are posting about on social networks and incorporate that into your outreach emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo to find contact details of new prospects and it does a pretty good job 80% of the time. I'm able to scour the emails of people I'd like to reach out to easily by entering just the company name and location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the data validity & availability is weak in some Asian markets. Also, I'd love for Zoominfo to have compatibility with LinkedIn so I can generate lists and extrapolate them directly into our CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoominfo more than twice a week to find prospect details and it works pretty decently most of the times!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to get your sales people a tool for finding new accounts & prospects, ZoomInfo will definitely help in that process. Just be mindful of the market you're in - the older & more developed the market, the more likelihood of a better ROI on this product

Great for getting emails and Direct lines

What do you like best about the product?
Does a great job at finding emails and, if not, you'll be able to figure out how an email is formatted - just look at the other contact at the company. Best I've used so far for Numbers and Emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to tell if people are still at the company. My work around is sourcing people on LinkedIn and then finding their number/email on zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding direct phone numbers and emails
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't source directly on platform. Source on LinkedIn then look for contact info on Zoom. Its the way I've realized helps you find more people who actually work for the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The phone numbers that it provides with the person's name and title.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers are very general and not direct. (ex. one number may be listed for 20 different people).

Helps me reach out to potential customers by giving me numbers and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has really helped us in searching for company revenues, contacts and tittles in a fast and reliable way
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could have an option for searching individual email addresses.

Getting contacts and our competitors revenues has never been this easy

Decent Contact and Company Information Platform

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has an impressive depth of contact and company information. I've been able to locate individuals that simply couldn't be found on DiscoverOrg or RainKing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform feels a bit clunky at times. In my experience, their data accuracy rate is also less than what is claimed in corporate marketing material - probably closer to 80%
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have primarily used ZoomInfo as a supplement to our DiscoverOrg subscription.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience was pretty good. The interface is pretty easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some lack of accuracy, it took a while to find the correct email address.

Prospecting, finding the correct contacts with the correct titles to reach out to.

Zoom -- Reliable tool for initial lead research

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the ability to quickly create filters to narrow my search findings and identify accurate contact info for the people I wanted to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike. The data was accurate and the software was intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation, prospecting -- we used this tool to build lists and reach out to prospects in our target market.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I liked this tool as the information seemed accurate and social media links, including Linked In profiles, were included. Useful to validate info and build lists for sales prospecting.
