DiscoverOrg offers visibility into accounts that you won't find with traditional means

What do you like best about the product?
Running queries on companies is very helpful. I can identify which companies are in a particular location, sorted by annual revenue and IT budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
More recently, I've found more and more contacts within a particular company are able to lock their information. This is not be be misconstrued with locking content for a company which requires an upgrade. I'm able to see the company, see the IT and Marketing contacts but the contact level details are locked. Negative feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation and obtaining contacts. I'm able to identify technology, estimated IT budget, contacts/accounts in a metropolitan area (planned location visits), and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Multiple tabulations for saved searches and accessible support. Allows to make corrections. List export is also very useful whereas other platforms do not have that capability. Trustworthy and clear indication using the org structure feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitation of Canadian data and information. No Mobile app (at least I have not been made aware of it).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breakdown of different technology users with at least 80% accuracy.Search by region and technologies is a BIG PLUS and of course, a benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would ease the new users into the platform by showing options of how to integrate with social media platforms like LinkedIn. It becomes and indispensable tool when generating leads and verifying accuracy of the information available.

What do you like best about the product?
The Organizational Structure , and details within a target firm
What do you dislike about the product?
Your new platform does not have names on Blocks just under Client contact information so a user has to hit them individually. Search feature is very slow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning more about firms we have yet to call on and what they might be looking for in regard to talent and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like all the tools within the tool i.e. deal predict helps us know what prospects are likely to close sooner. Also, subscribing to scoops is the best way to get in front of your prospects during the moment of intent,
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact data is not always accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are building our pipeline and setting more qualified meetings. The time we spend manually hunting down contact info has been significantly decreased.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead generation by gathering prospects based on job title, region, and other filters
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty rough customer service. I have had multiple issues with the service and their tier 2 group seems to just hope it magically disappears instead of helping me out. They take forever to respond and when they do it's just "are you still experiencing this issue?"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation

Check out growlabs as an alternative.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool included direct lines to call people. That was always helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface was not the prettiest. UI could be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking to streamline prospecting in a sales role. Benefits included getting direct contact info for clients without having to find that out myself.

What do you like best about the product?
NOTHING. They do not deliver in time and provide inacurate information. This are a complete waste of time and money
What do you dislike about the product?
Between employee retention and manager who does not care about the customer. Started a project in October and we are now in mid April and it is not completed.
Manager are not replying to email and communication is very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is supposed to provide clean contacts information. But they just don't provide them. By the time you received what you ask for, you will have to spend so much time and effort that you would have been better off looking at the record one at the time. STAY AWAY

What do you like best about the product?
From the client success manager all the way to the Senior VP of Customer Success the team at DiscoverOrg are keen to help and assist with any issues and ensure the best experience for their clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing springs to mind at the moment. Any issues have been resolved quickly and with minimum fuss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having this type of data available within Salesforce has enabled data to be viewed in one pain of glass which helps the team have all the information up front and centre,

What do you like best about the product?
I like the mix of direct dials, company numbers, and emails. The way they get their information is very legitimate and the information, so long as it isn't outdated,, is normally pretty good. Easy to use interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information can be very outdated. Zoom Info does not ping emails to make sure they are still current so when someone leaves their position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to get ahold of prospects via email and phone. We have been able to connect with quite a few more prospects which has helped us create more sales opportunities.
