the Mail merges and how you're able to see who opened and replied

how it doesnt link with salesforce if the contacts aren't in salesforce yet

Better way to work

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Tellwise is to work and how it makes my job easier. I have been using Tellwise since I started at my company and have been able to be very successful because of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I dislike as the product keeps adapting to what our growing needs are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to solve lead flow problems and organizing my leads and tracking them.

Good tool for emailing prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage and mass contact prospects in a way that feels very comfortable and personal. A great tool that comes highly recommended. I have used it for about 6 months now so I would definitely advise anyone prospecting to use this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the ability to embed videos. I have tried to embed a video in my signature and can not do it. Hyperlinking is the only option as of this point right now. So maybe some updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving reaching all my prospects very easily through email templates. I have realized that strategy in prospecting is a huge part of sales development.

Great tool for finding direct numbers and email addresses

What do you like best about the product?
Once you download the Chrome extension, ZoomInfo is extremely quick and easy to use. It also provides very accurate information the majority of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo will pull old email addresses and phone numbers for prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I don't have a direct line from provided on my lead list, I can almost always find the direct phone number, email address or both with ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how ZoomInfo provides direct dial lines for prospects. The new interface looks great and it's easy to use. There's a ton of filters in their search tools to help us find the right contacts at the right accounts. They also display a lot of info about
What do you dislike about the product?
Their Industry categories are a little too broad. You'll get some overlap with other Industry buckets that sometimes don't really make sense. Potentially creates duplicate accounts in SFDC. For example, if the name of an account in SFDC is "Company X" and in ZoomInfo the same company is named "Company X Inc.", it won't detect that the account already exists and create a duplicate. A little frustrating when we import a bunch of great contacts from Zoom and they're on the wrong account.

Also, I've been using Zoom for a few months now and haven't been through their on-boarding process. Kinda had to figure everything out for myself. When we first signed on, we were supposed to work out a timeline for sales rep training. Our account rep hasn't responded to my emails and the training never happened. So I just learned the tool and trained them myself. Beware.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're looking for net new marketing and sales prospects to add to our database. Zoom is providing us with a lot of new leads that we wouldn't have otherwise found. We're also using them for account intelligence and database enhancement. Figuring out if our current database (pre-Zoom) has outdated leads and contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you've never implemented a prospecting tool like this, make sure you have a good account rep from Zoom. Otherwise, the set up and use is pretty standard for this kind of tool.

Great for Small and Medium Businesses

What do you like best about the product?
This tool has some of the best info that I've seen online. A TON of direct lines that are valid and email addresses that are accurate makes this a no-brainer.
Enhance feature is also an essential - goes above and beyond other data providers here.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX could be updated - looks like it's something from the early 2000's
Doesn't allow users to share licenses (which could be a good thing, depending on how you look it at)
Info can be stale at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great contact info and relatively inexpensive compared to other vendors. It has been great for our sales team and helped save time. It's one of the best ways to get in touch with the right leads and a trustworthy way to know that you are getting the right information for the right people.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoominfo provides our team with info faster than we could get it using conventional methods. We use it to complete missing information from our leads list and also to verify that the people we are contacting have the proper information.

What do you like best about the product?
The extremely quick access to a company's tool stack, financials and intent data in just a quick search. It's like having a CRM database without the CRM!
What do you dislike about the product?
My company would say the price, but we understand the value it brings, though it may be hard to invest as a small org.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are transitioning to account based marketing strategy and need extreme amounts of data on accounts to target them effectively. We also need to discover new clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The fact that they acquired Rain King means over the next few years they will have an amazing amount of data.

Clarity and Simplicity

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how I have insight and clarity into who is opening, viewing my emails and clicking on my links. I also benefit a lot from the simplicity that the tool enables, for example, after sending emails Tellwise logs the activity into SDFC for me. That makes my logging my work simple and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes, but If you would like me to write something; I would say create a more organized and visually applying web interface. It is a bit messy with a lot of information all on one page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see how is interested in my content, and from this knowledge I am able to focus my efforts in a more specific manner.

What do you like best about the product?
Its super easy to use, much easier than most of the other systems - including the actual mail programs that we use to inbox messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much. I think the only downside is how it exports in excel - it would be good to be able to remove columns to just export emails without other info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're looking to make sure that our lists are clean when we build them, and our emails will be able to be inboxed to our built lists. We were able to do this with lists from just a couple hundred to over 100,000 contacts and it worked really well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd give it a shot - it lets you check the quality of your lists even before you go through and pay.

When I quickly need to look up an email or phone number
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that the emails are wrong more so than they are right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo for lead generation purposes but only as a secondary source. I first use LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
-Work harder to get up to date contact info. I often find that the titles are inaccurate, along with emails and very rarely do I see direct phone numbers
