Great for sourcing contacts

What do you like best about the product?
The team over there is fantastic. Super helpful, will hop on calls with you anytime, and will help you get everything setup correctly. Great training program. It's a powerful tool for searching. I like that they source manually. We use it mainly for sourcing contacts to use for ABM companies and finding relevant companies. The org charts are super helpful for our SDR team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is clunky and not very intuitive. Some things could be made easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing contacts and ABM lists.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the demo and ask very specifically in how you would use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to access up-to-date contact info for anyone I am trying to email or call.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact info is incomplete or errant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find contact info for people I need to engage with during my sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to export contact names and information on Zoominfo. I also love how you can filter the leads by the ones that have email addresses updated in the past 6 months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the user friendliness of building a lead list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving a ton of time putting together lists of qualified leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to research and validate contacts. Quite an expansive database albeit not always accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing multiple users across an enterprise is quite difficult with their credit scheme.

What do you like best about the product?
The one thing I'm always running out of is time, and Tellwise saves my time by automating and streamlining those processes that take so much time (dialing, leaving voicemails, planning) so that I can spend more time actually building relationships.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything that is offered is absolutely great, but without an app, mobile use is a little difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been using Tellwise to help us figure out how effective our sales processes and campaigns actually are. Being able to get answers to "which templates get opened more frequently" or "which voicemail messages tend to get responses" is going a long way in helping us develop more effective ways to market and connect with prospects.

100% Do it. Your sales team will thank you!

Great Extension / Plugin Capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg integrates seamlessly with our CRM, Salesforce, allowing our team to prospect with ease. Having the extensive amount of information found in DiscoverOrg at your fingertips clearly shows which information matches / does not match between your CRM and their Database. Also, having DiscoverOrg's chrome extension makes viewing organizational structure easy, and is a great reference when evaluating individual companies/departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with smaller companies data is less abundant and fewer prospects have direct phone lines/email addresses listed. Often when using the "Broad Search" feature within the Salesforce extension, I am unable to find what I am looking for and resort to other sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using both the organizational structure and triggered email alerts for market activity, our sales team has been able to glean valuable information and insight into companies that are making vendor changes. This allows us to enter into a sales conversation in a timely manor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Continue to work with your Contacts to increase list size. Packaging options for products are a bit confusing, and the normal package should have a bit more visability into the C-Level Suite.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo offers the best direct dial info pulled directly from email signatures. great product
What do you dislike about the product?
it could be a pro or a con depending on your org but the pay per credit could be a deterrent in certain organizations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can expediting the way I reach prospective clients by using Zoominfo to having prospect info at my finger tips

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information in one place. I can see a company's org chart, twitter feed and the weather where they are located.
What do you dislike about the product?
They sometimes do not have smaller companies in their database

I can find phone numbers and emails to employees as well as directly upload people into my CRM

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of Tellwise is the ability to see how engaged your prospects are and organize your pipeline. In a role where touches are important, Tellwise has increased my productivity compared to a role when this tool was not available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike if a prospect forwards an email with a link, it appears as if the original recipient of the email opened the email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tellwise provides me with inside on how engaged a prospect is with the content I send. This helps me prioritize prospects based on engagement and allows me to maximize my touches in a day.

If you are looking to organize your pipeline and increase your knowledge of of engagement with your prospects, Tellwise is a great tool.
