What do you like best about the product?
It helps me find sales leads with direct contact information easily and often. I never need to look far and info is nearly always correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything at this time, only thing is sometimes it cannot find common names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for sales prospects.

Good tool for the price

What do you like best about the product?
I really can only compare it to Data.com for list building and contact info verification, but I like Zoominfo much better. It's more up to date, and more accurate with direct phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the search by company functionality is worse than Data.com. I rarely search for targeted contacts that way, but for list building and get to be a minor hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency in quick list building and outbound sales by reaching out to more accurate contact info.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's no silver bullet, but so far it's my favorite for its price range.

What do you like best about the product?
-Simplified and easy method to get contacts of people in different companies across the world.
-Allows users to identify the number of employees in an organization, the revenue cap, and the year the company has been in existence. This allows users to create company profiles for the purposes of lead research.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Some companies have not subscribed to the services hence not all the contacts are found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting customers has been simplified because you can specifically profile a company through industry, number of clients or the revenue cap. This feature helps companies to identify potential clients and also potential customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- Sometimes it is not possible to get some contacts. If the search parameters can widen to capture words or character stings that may not necessarily have a 1:1 match to something like 80% match, it may help to get those contacts that companies may have given another name.

The coverage of people in the database is extensive, and much, much more complete than other providers in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to wait to call a salesperson to add "credits". Can't they just add credit card payments?

I like the direct phone numbers that zoom is able to provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slightly difficult to toggle between the company view to the contact view. I believe that this will be fixed in 2.0

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of the website and the quick linkedin shortcuts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be a little more smooth and less cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales team really struggled with finding the right decision makers at companies. ZoomInfo has provided our sales reps with the right contacts as well as accurate and up to date contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to segment the searches - the information is generally pretty accurate and it's much easier to look in one place (zoom) than scour several websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using ZoomInfo, I have found that sometimes the information can be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to better target companies by contacting the right people.
