What do you like best about the product?
Really enjoy the direct dial information it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Syncing Companies can be a pain. I would enjoy a more streamlined sync to Salesforce

Getting more direct dial numbers for outbound reach

What do you like best about the product?
SFDC/Outreach integration. Makes it super easy to pull into outreach and SFDC
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes incorrect #s, and when the prospect has degree in title (MBA, CHPC) etc, zoominfo can't pull info automatically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Be able to not only get relevant emails—but phone #s!!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
best tool out there to pull info.

What do you like best about the product?
The chrome extension makes finding key contacts for any business incredibly easy
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Salesforce integration doesn't work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save tons of time finding and importing contact info so I can be running more meetings

90% of the time that I look for a number in zoom info it is there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The corporate office numbers are sometimes incorrect

What do you like best about the product?
I like prospecting on zoom because I can gauge the size of companies based on people who are in certain departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is missing or incomplete, ex: emails for contacts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can find peoples phone numbers rather than call through a phone switch board.

Can't decide whether I like customer contact profiles, Customer Technologies Tab, or triggers

I really can't think of anything I dislike

By having insight on the company and contacts allows me to do quality prospecting with greater success
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it everyday, there is a wealth of information to be found. If a Salesforce user, make sure you are integrated with Discover and Outlook.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy to use software with a slight learning curve for navigating and filtering.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model is restrictive. For something so expensive they really do not allow many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
if you need to know contact details on an employee or company, Discover org most likely has their details. Often, they are wrong, but follow up manually and send a detailed report with the updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buying contact lists is an outdated strategy, but discover org's data is quite accurate so if you do plan on email outreach, they offer good information.

It give you accurate information 98% of times
What do you dislike about the product?
Few contacts do not have a number or email ids and when the person changes the company information is not updated

I use it for lead generations and its saves a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Huge set of data, great for setting up a database of prospects for company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of exclusive search. Every search has to be about including parameters instead of saying which ones you would not like to see.

Generating leads when we haven't had anything before.
