What do you like best about the product?
When the info is there, it's very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's rare to find direct phone numbers, it's not uncommon to not be able to find my contacts or even the company, and you absolutely cannot rely on the technology used information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and validity of the data provided. Everything is packaged in an easy-to-use way. Once you get the initial training, it is pretty easy to get it up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have several prospects in SFDC whose companies are recognized by DiscoverOrg. Many of them hold C level positions, however, they aren't listed in DiscoverOrgs Org Charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are expanding into Enterprise markets and DiscoverOrg helps us leverage potential buying decisions and realizing areas where we can help. We don't sound like just another cold call because we have targeted research and information pertaining to the specific prospects/companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Decide if the investment is worth it. Do you have the right reps to properly implement the solution and receive the anticipated ROI?

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very efficient to connect to a wide range of specific people, industries, current trends and technologies and audience interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I could remind of. I am just a beginner level user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recruitment. As a recruiter, it's never enough to know more people and their requirements. It helps a lot.

I like the fact that it pulls email and phone numbers without having to click twice

The accuracy of phone numbers isnt the best.

Zoominfo is helpful for finding people at companies, and it often has their email and phone number as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time you need to externally validate the data that you find on zoominfo via linkedin or another similar site. They don't always have direct lines or correct emails either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding sales contacts, including emails and phone numbers (Which aren't always correct).

The data from zoominfo is a lot more accurate than most

It can be a little cumbersome to use and load time is long

My company was using datanyze and switched to zoominfo. It’s great but it would be nicer if it had a integration with LinkedIn

What do you like best about the product?
Provides good insight into company org charts and contact data. The depth of companies and contacts they have seem to be one of the best databases on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the best interface and contact info for the particular market I target seemed to only be slightly above average for tools I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new leads and contact info for sales and marketing prospecting.

-Easy search and filters to find specific contact information (job titles, company name, email/phone number etc.)
-Contact Information is usually up to date.
-Ability to click on contacts social media accounts (i.e. LinkedIn)

-Contact information could be updated more frequently (at times, they only have details on an individual's old role)

What do you like best about the product?
As a recruiter it's always great to know about the people and their expectations. One can get to know a lot of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Me as a recruiter has a limited access to a large range of services offered by Zoominfo so, it won't be a good call to mention any flaw.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding right people through specific industries, job functions, career objectives etc.

simplicity of use, ease of use, able to articulate the product to others

not transparent, seems there is always something in the way of "getting" to the right person
