Great if you don’t work in Europe

What do you like best about the product?
When we used it before GDPR we found a lot of great contacts, some that weren’t even in LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is dated and not user friendly. The customer support was also terrible. When I lived companies and requested a call with them I never heard back. Also unsure if they are GDPR compliant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts and syncing to Salesforce
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pretty sure it’s not GDPR compliant although they might say otherwise. It’s well priced but support is poor and the platform is clunky.

Good, not great, data tool

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. SFDC plugin is extremely helpful. They upgraded the UI recently and it's much, much better. Saved searches have returned (finally) in 2.0 which make our lives a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
No data tool has accurate data, but ZoomInfo regularly includes employees that may have left a company years ago. Very bad for international. They need to add more broad job function choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contacts at businesses, mainly just contact information and not the specific people we need to reach out. Saves time in the research, but better for high volume reach out than targeted, specific information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really consider the accuracy of the data, and what specific information you want to pull. Other products can give more information on contacts, ZoomInfo is really best for just phones and emails.

They have a good amount of direct dial phone numbers in their database.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technology data isn't always correct, so make sure you have several strategies to leverage their data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting directly with executives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Read the fine print in the contract and make sure you are okay. We have a 2 year contract, and we were not aware.

Lack of training/office hours promoted on using the tool. Tips and tricks for my use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving TAM challenges. Refreshing CMS data with new contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the tool when browsing LinkedIn or other business profiles. It was intuitive enough to pick up who the prospect was and what organisation they worked for to provide details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outdated information and lack of content for various European countries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting and pure out-bounding efforts

Brilliant for US companies but unfortunately useless now for European companies and countries after regulations

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how accurate the data is. Really saves time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how they don't have much data in my area.. We aren't super tech advanced so getting info in my area is hard for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supplementing a bad data company that wasted a ton of my SDR's time.

I like how simple it is to use. Loads quickly. Information format is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is accurate to the point that I don't use as my primary research tool.

I use it to find out more information on a person or a company to prospect.

Easily find information

What do you like best about the product?
They have all the information that you need to contact prospects. I only use it for contacts in the healthcare industry, but they typically have the people that I am looking for. They also have a lot of direct numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently updated the interface of the website and its a lot harder to use. They let you toggle it back and forth, which is nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with finding targeted sales leads.

Not too much, exporting is nice as well as selecting companies to find clients within

More plug-ins would be great - for LinkedIn, on the company website, etc - to be able to get all the info from one screen

best in market when it comes to database information available - trialed many others
