What do you like best about the product?
Sales OS provides all of the necessary tools and integrations to work seamlessly between systems. We use it every day with Salesforce and HubSpot to find, enrich, and nurture the right contacts. This product has been a necessary step to finding the right clients and keeping our source of truth clean! One of my favorite features to date is the ability to create workflows that will automatically add or update our CRM, all while notifying key personnel of important changes.

The platform is super simple to navigate, even for sales users. They inherently provide in-app guidance to help with user adoption and training. Implementing this tool and setting up any integrations was a breeze - they have user-guided flows for all of your authentication methods. Zero complaints from customer support as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about SalesOs and that's coming from someone who's been in the RevOps space for 10 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has closed the gaps by making it easy to pull identifiable information using the platform, Salesforce directly, and through LinkedIn using the Chrome Extension. All information goes to a single source of truth that's actionable and reportable by Sales Management. The tracking tool has made it easy to identify and score visitors on our webpages. Where we also have the ability to target additional contacts using WebSights workflows. Overall, it's just a quick, easy, effective, and reliable tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data and the features it provides, it has an incredible amount of out of the box features and functionalities which allows you to narrow down a research.

The integrations are also quite easy to setup and then pass on information from a CRM to another point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used zoominfo for the last 3years if not more I can see that some times instead of becoming easier to use it becomes more complicated.
Certain hidden filters on the new view also don't really help the customer experiencebut that is a feature you can easily revert back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo massively helped the marketing teams and also the BDRs in researching a finding the right customers we can partner with and assist. That means we do not have to go through lists of contacts to ensure data quality and formatting.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that ZoomInfo allows me to find the right organizations that I am targeting. I can easily upload the contact into my CRM which saves alot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data can be outdated or incorrect but for the most part, I can manage

Time spending having to find the right contact info

What do you like best about the product?
The intent software helps me every week with new prospects becuase of the intent software I have been able to sign 3 new customers in the last month
What do you dislike about the product?
the integration with Salesforce could be better, on my particular experience it left out cell phone numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new leads without having to spend or waste more money on training people to go out and find leads

Nothing as such to dislike, it works daily on making it better

Auto dialing was a big concern as the junk was not filtered, Sales assistant with latest AI

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is Highy optimized and laser focussed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can have more visualizations and deep diving features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inaccuracny of data is the biggest problem. ZoomInfo SalesOS validates its databases frequently and near perfect match with designations and contacts of leads.

What do you like best about the product?
the company's profile has IT org chart and IT landscape details.
What do you dislike about the product?
previously we were able to download technology intent also within the company profile pdf, which is now not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo provides the IT landscape and IT org chart of the company, which is very helpful while doing company profiles and to find the target executives to approach.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful information is all the data you can derive from the tool. The contact info is phenomenal, add in the WebSights, Intent, Organizational Charts, Scoops, are invaluable to Sales and Marketing to enable us to target and engage with propects and customers for effectively and efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a marketing executive I get frustrated with sales people who don't use it to research companies. I don't know how you As a marketing executive, I get frustrated when salespeople don't use it to research companies. I hear from users that it's not very intuitive, but I'm not sure how to improve it.could make it more intuitive but that's what I hear from users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo WebSights provides visibility into website visitors, Intent is helping us identify ICP companies intending to purchase services we provide and then provide accurate contact information, overall, the contact data has significant accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing who the Dm's are and the ability to contact multiple people via phone or email very quickly passing the gate kepper.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly calling cell phones have pissed some people off
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
just finidng the dms and getting me info much quicker then ever before from the users and brining that info to dm's to get a meeting and lock in a sale.
