I haven't come across that dislike me , I feels its good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Especially triggers updating is good, I solve that .

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg's DB of names, emails, phones, company information, and triggers
What do you dislike about the product?
That company family tree is a paid product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Locating new leads to contact becomes a lot easier with DiscoverOrg. This has resulted in a huge increase in efficient time use in my day to day
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in an outbound prospecting role, it is an essential tool. I wouldn't be able to do my job without it

What do you like best about the product?
We're successfully scaling our Enterprise team because of the data provided. Direct lines. Direct emails. All great data!
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited data, not all companies are there and cannot access government information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best thing about ZoomInfo is that they have direct lines for all the prospects I'm trying to get ahold of. I have used other similar products but for me, this is the number one priority, along with accurate email addresses. Some other products offer lots of other things like organizational charts, etc. but I want something that is fast and accurate!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it says they have the phone number for a prospect and then they only have the phone number to the headquarters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am selling more! The more prospects I can get in touch with, the more pipeline I can build!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not be swayed. ZoomInfo is a simple product but it is fast and accurate - Don't pay more for other products that say that can offer more!

Good, could be great

What do you like best about the product?
The connection with CRM saves a TON of time creating accounts, mapping buying committee and providing general insights into target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The average CMO is in their role for 18 months, marketing coordinators, directors, etc are in their roles an even shorter amount of time. Many times it's tough to source accurate contact data as people are moving so frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Target account planning. The greatest benefit to our org has been time savings when DO has the data we need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are targeting high growth companies, you will likely see gaps in data, however, if you sell in the mid market to enterprise, you will find DO to be a great tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to drill down to specific cities, titles, industry and get accurate contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The range of Mid Market companies (50-249 employees) can be a little lacking and I sometimes have a hard time finding companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send personalized, targeted content and have warm introductions with knowing info from triggers, alerts and tech stack info

Great prospecting tool that complements outbound business development campaigns by providing up to date data

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy and breadth of knowledge. The Technology section
What do you dislike about the product?
The inaccuracies I come across time to time, also the title selection/department selection isn't as intuitive as I'd like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data Accuracy in our CRM.

Accurate emails but moreso direct lines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When it comes down to finding specific employees in certain departments and titles, it becomes slightly confusing. This could be better served by keeping the titles at C-Level, VP, Director, Manager, Lead/Senior, etc. With choices for specific titles such as CFO, CHRO, it gets sort of confusing. Having it just go what department then what level title might serve (me, at least) better.

Easy access to vital business information

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can really drill down on your searches. Specifically by job title and technologies used. I also find the Triggers very useful. What used to take us hours on LinkedIn with regards to company and lead research is not down to minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything except that the company sizes always seem to be lower than reality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeted inside sales activities and email marketing. DiscoverOrg allows us to insure that those activities are reaching the right types of people. Saving a lot of time with regards to researching prospect companies and employees.

Great for prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the "triggers" and all the available options to narrow it down to my exact territory.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find sometimes the contact info is out of date, or a certain employee is no longer working there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gives me a good starting point for introducing myself into prospect accounts I would normally have no info on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to validate info on DiscoverOrg with another resource.

Amazing prospecting tool

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. The interface allows me to easily find contacts/company's with an easy search bar at the top of every screen. I can build my own lists and follow companies/employees that have compelling changes that help me book meetings with accurate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how in some cases when the employees aren't top tiered I am limited to company number not direct line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting to the decision makers quickly and knowing the hierarchy of employees they manage.

Ease of use is better than any competition
