Zoominfo is a solid sales tool

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it incredibly easy to find the right people so you avoid wasting time with reception and taking up your clients time "trying to find whoever does X"
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been occasional issues where a direct number would in fact be the HQ line or the wrong number altogether.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me better assist my current clients by finding the right people to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
It contains accurate infornation of almost (97%) all companies from north america and Europe.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the warning messages displayed wgen the views are almost over. Some contacts miss detaills e.g titles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a sales reseacher. I search for leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is that I can get people's direct phone numbers and email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the info is out of date, even when you say that you recently updated it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part I can get the correct contact's name and info. That is huge in my position.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sometimes the titles for people are not correct.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to individuals direct lines and emails. The ability to easily filter search results and get quality data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the direct lines or main lines to companies are incorrect. But this rarely occurs. It would alos be great if the users could suggest updates or changes so that the info could be corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extreme efficiency booster for prospecting. Easy access to contact information and the ability to quickly prospect

Easy search functionality and accurate emails are nice. 'Direct dials' are often the main company line.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to click on a prospect to see their email and phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding direct dials.

Good at getting lead contact info.

The search bar link Reachout, that connects zoom to linkedin for convenience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are multiple contacts that are the same person. Often the contact is still listed in their prior company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting and marketing. Zoom has helped facilitate this.

What do you like best about the product?
The search function is very strong and the information the hold is more then any other service I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Clunky, running reports is less smooth then other solutions I have used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting new business in a sales position is crucial and ZoomInfo is the what helps me find the contacts who I need to contact that aren't in my crm.

Use it! Most data and best search function I have used.
