Need leads, then Zoominfo is for you
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to gain new leads in new markets that we jad not been approaching
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the leads are outdated but that is expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed more leads for sales people to cold call and reduce the time required to find them

Solid tool for finding contact info
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to find contact info however the info is wrong about 20% of the time. No bueno
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact info is sometimes bad which makes it a guessing game.

Finding contact info for target accounts

Can easily grab information about a prospect from their linkedin page. Easily import into other sales tools.

search isn't perfect. more information being imported would be nice

Easy to find data on prospects. Most of the data is valid but I have noticed recently more and more emails & phone numbers are not accurate

Emails & phone numbers are not always reliable. I have run into a number of situations where prospects are either not in the database or their contact information is not relevant or valid.

Trial it out first. Make sure they have the info that you are looking for before purchasing outright.

What do you like best about the product?
I did love that if I needed to find a contact for a company, majority were on there. It was beneficial in a recruiter position.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I wasn't a recruiter and had a position in which recruiters were calling me, I didn't like it. Only because they could find my numbers to call me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really depends on what your job is. If you are in the recruiting industry - this tool is highly beneficial.

Old records and 25% inaccurate information
Site crashed a couple times during usage

Super helpful tool, not sure we are fullly utilizing all of the capabilities. My understanding is that there are different types of licenses and seats that you can get with access to different types of information. It seems like a extremely powerful tool, it would be helpful to have some sort of training to ensure that we were taking advantage of all the capabilities.

Not much. Training would be helpful to ensure we are getting the most out of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helpful from a sales enablement perspective. Our sales team solutions consultant suddenly generation have access to it.

The org charts are super helpful for account based selling

It's not 100% accurate all of the time, but ZoomInfo does well to keep up with contacts and update them regularly
