Best sales tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
Well almost all the features are pretty useful and helpful. Mostly I use lt for lesd generation and account insights. Email and contact accuracy is too good.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me all is good, i don't find any reason or feature to dislike about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data accuracy was our biggest challenge since Zoominfo has solved this in many ways.
Zoom info is helpful to search for lead contacts and lead information
What do you like best about the product?
I personally enjoy the zoom info chromes extension. I find it super easy to gather information about a lead or a prospect by just opening their website. With the extension I am able to see contact information, company financials, and company news which is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes zoom info automatically logs itself out of my computer. I only find this annoying because I have a long log in. It is easier to navigate the zoominfo chrome extension than the actualy website itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info is helping me locate viable leads quicker than I was able to in the past. I am now much more productive of weeding out suspects and turning prospects into leads because of the inside scoop I get on the company and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the main page of zoominfo where it provides a news feed. I tailor my search to companies in my region as well as intent topics and funding news. I check this every morning when I start my day to stay on top of recent news.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that not all of the accounts have the full address of the company or the contact information I'm looking for. Another thing I don't like is that there is no industry filter for life scienceor biotechnology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of being able to find contact information for prospects. This benefits me because it saves me time when I'm searching for emails and phone numbers. It is also nice that I can gaurantee 80% of the emails I get off zoominfo will be accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
The help a sales hunter always needs is constant supply of prospect contact details especially contact numbers, which can be found plenty using ZoomInfo
Another area i use is to list out companies in an industry for any specific technology interest using Indent feature available in ZoomInfo

What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside i find is ZoomInfo data isnt updated in real time, i found contacts who left an organization still to be active employee in that firm as per ZoomInfo database

I use it mainly for sales intelligence purpose of finding the contact details which i find seven times out of 10 tries

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of ZoomInfo SalesOS is the fact that it has company and personal email addresses as well as mobile phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact information isn't always updated timely (for example when people move to new companies it usually takes a quarter or so for ZoomInfo to update their database).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is our primary source of contact information for cold calling.
Overall, ZoomInfo is a very helpful platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible information that is vital for success in sales. From direct, cell (mobile) numbers, and emails, to it's Intent features, ZI offers a lot of value to the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform were a bit easier to navigate. To elaborate, user experience is something that I personally value quite a bit, and I think that the platform is a bit cluttered at times which makes it feel like a chore to go through filters.
I also wish there was an easier way to import and edit a large volume of accounts so that I can have a lead list/account list that I can edit over time and track. Currently, my lead list can not be edited after submitting a CSV file or line-by-line import.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems ZI is solving for me include finding the correct contact info for prospects, as well as finding the right ICPs and what their engagement looks like for our services.

Saves me so much time with my list building and identifying the corect contacts.

Not all of my targets are in the database, but that's to be expected.

Amazing Sales Intelligence Platform
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is great because it gives me access to a vast database of companies and contact information, providing valuable insights for sales prospecting and lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the pricing they're offering is relatively high, especially when you're a small business or entrepreneur. It also takes a bit of time to learn all about it and get the most of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is amazing because it provides me a vast database of companies and contact information, helping my sales teams identify and target their potential customers.
ZoomInfo is a great tool to use for market research when working with several different companies.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ZoomInfo is probably the ease of being able to use it and how there are so many people from the companies. I am not sure how it would compare to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides are that obviously they do not have information about every single company out there, or the information could be inaccurate. I am sure they have some sort of quality check to try their best so this does not happen.

The company that I work for has so many different accounts so to be able to reach new people at those comapnies, ZoomInfo is so helpful because we can research relevant titles of people we would like to reach.
