Cannot work without Zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo SalesOS makes adding contacts to the crm seamless and easy, whether on linkedin or websites.
Out of the many tools I have used for finding prospect contact details, Zoominfo SalesOS does seem to be the most comprehensive data for contacts worldwide.
Integrates well and implementation is easy.
I use it multiple times daily.
I couldn't do my work half as well without SalesOS.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides. Sometimes the info is not accurate but seems to be the most accurate of several similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding relevant business fitting ICP to reach out to is ten times harder without SalesOS.
Finding contact info is even harder.
SalesOS makes finding relevant buyers, and contacting the easy.

Prospecting Simplified!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has changed the game in regards to prospecting. For Business development and SDR reps, ZoomInfo is easy to use, can be implemented with other software's and browsers, and allows prospects to build a successful pipeline. It allows you to get in touch and be heard by the decision maker without having to jump through hoops of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo seems to be a larger sized software, so it may run slower on slower processing laptops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to build a pipeline full of prospects with their email, phone number, and even cell phone number available for me to see. From there, ZoomInfo has made it easy for me to track clicks, responses, and create salesflows for each group of prospects I connect with.

Impressive technology combined with an excellent customer service

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like is the user friendliness of the GUI and the richness of the informations you have at your fingertips. While we were initially meanly interested in contact details, we discovered soon the depth and breadth of the solution allowing you to do so much more. Especially the easiness to build your own target lists based on a rich set of criteria that you can use; The intent topics that you can select as well as the weekly delivery of the selected intents are also very useful. Finally, the snapshot you get about the contact and company profiles is also useful ans saves a lot of research time. Finally integration with our CRM Pipedrive is also vert smooth and fast.

From a customer experience journey perspective Zoominfo delivers a strong service from the first contacts to the contract closing, followd by the user provisoning, onboarding, training and overall follow-up from all the ZoomInfo people. We also get a dedicated account executive which is great. The implementation went really very easy and fast and the post-sales customer support is just available when you need it.

We use Zoominfo every single day as it helps us to save much time on research, helps us to have direct access to prospects and helps us to feed our CRM properly and maintain the data quality in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I miss in Zoominfo is a collaboration space to work and communicate with my colleagues in Zoominfo, e.g. to provide info in a quick and easy way of who picked up an intent or send a message about a company or person to a colleague.
Additionally, I also provided contact update suggestions but you don't get much appreciation for doing so like a thank you message or feedback about what happened with your request. So far I didn't receive any acceptance messages about fixit requests which is a bit weird knowing that the info and updates I provided are the right ones.

Finally, you find limited information about public sector accounts in Europe. For instance, the EU institutions and EU agencies are very important but you don't find much info in ZoomInfo about them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS helped us to solve our problem of lack of efficiency during the prospecting activities. We struggled finding (quickly) the right people in organisations and access them by email or phone. With ZoomInfo we have this information at fingertips and it dramatically increased the quantity of the calls-connect as well as their quality. The intents also motivate the sales people to contact specific accounts that they would not have contacted otherwise.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how ZoomInfo pulls all the contact information for all the employees they have info on. It's great to get phone numbers, emails, etc. Its easy to use, and I use it all the time when I'm prospecting as Business Development Representative and sales person. I have never had to use customer support. It's a reliable service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that Zoominfo had information on smaller or local businesses. They make up a large chunk of my client base, and it would be helpful to know the names and contact information of these smaller business owners beforehand,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves my problem of not knowing prospect contact information or names prior to my cold calling. When I know what number to call and who to ask for, I boost my credibility as a sales person and am more likely to talk to a decision maker. When I know my prospect's email, I'm able to send marketing materials that move me closer to connection and a sale.

Some of the information is not entiely accurate...only about 70-75%

What do you like best about the product?
Sales OS provides all of the necessary tools and integrations to work seamlessly between systems. We use it every day with Salesforce and HubSpot to find, enrich, and nurture the right contacts. This product has been a necessary step to finding the right clients and keeping our source of truth clean! One of my favorite features to date is the ability to create workflows that will automatically add or update our CRM, all while notifying key personnel of important changes.

The platform is super simple to navigate, even for sales users. They inherently provide in-app guidance to help with user adoption and training. Implementing this tool and setting up any integrations was a breeze - they have user-guided flows for all of your authentication methods. Zero complaints from customer support as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about SalesOs and that's coming from someone who's been in the RevOps space for 10 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has closed the gaps by making it easy to pull identifiable information using the platform, Salesforce directly, and through LinkedIn using the Chrome Extension. All information goes to a single source of truth that's actionable and reportable by Sales Management. The tracking tool has made it easy to identify and score visitors on our webpages. Where we also have the ability to target additional contacts using WebSights workflows. Overall, it's just a quick, easy, effective, and reliable tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data and the features it provides, it has an incredible amount of out of the box features and functionalities which allows you to narrow down a research.

The integrations are also quite easy to setup and then pass on information from a CRM to another point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used zoominfo for the last 3years if not more I can see that some times instead of becoming easier to use it becomes more complicated.
Certain hidden filters on the new view also don't really help the customer experiencebut that is a feature you can easily revert back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo massively helped the marketing teams and also the BDRs in researching a finding the right customers we can partner with and assist. That means we do not have to go through lists of contacts to ensure data quality and formatting.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that ZoomInfo allows me to find the right organizations that I am targeting. I can easily upload the contact into my CRM which saves alot of time

Some of the data can be outdated or incorrect but for the most part, I can manage
