Zoom Info is a great asset to our company.
What do you like best about the product?
The access to millions of records that are accurate and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have ran into some mapping problems when integrating lists into our Salesforce org. These problems are not huge problems anyways, and we can still keep our accounts and contacts up to date and enriched.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enriching existing accounts and this has been extremely beneficial for us as the information that Zoom Info provides us is accurate, up to date, and updated 27/7.

It is beyond easy to use and reps find the data extremely accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike about the product, although we would love improved integration with Dynamics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We focus on selling to C-Level prospects and ZoomInfo has allowed us to targret leads and generate larger deals with major companies.

The timing and turn around fworked well for me. It was a solution that was easy to evaluate.

ZoomInfo is a required part of the sales&mktg stack.
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has an easy UX, fair pricing and communicative team. I find that they are the top player in the industry for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer a slightly newer design on actually downloading the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating new leads that eventually means new business. That's the biggest benefit, and matched with a strong cold/warm cadence with email and phone calls it enabled our BD team to succeed.

It's a critical part of your stack - don't wait another minute.

Quality of contact information is fantastic. Direct numbers in particular is my favorite feature.

Target searches sometimes include folks away from local address even when specifically asking it not to.
