What do you like best about the product?
I like that DiscoverOrg has the ability to connects with not only my CRM but our SDR as well. This makes running lead gen campaigns a breeze, coupled with the org charts we know who and when to message the right folks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get logged out or need to clear my cookies /cache because the tool has slowed down substantially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appointment setting, lead gen sales intell all in a single easy to understand view.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It would be nice if there was some way to track activity in sf without importing a lead. Click to call built in to the interface so I could attempt to call out on lists from the tool etc,

What do you like best about the product?
The information is accurate and on point for our business. Also, the customer success team is excellent. They are professional and committed to learning how to maximize the effectiveness of the tool for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Restrictions on search capabilities by account type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New business generation and marketing within accounts.

Amazing tool and awesome people

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customer service that DiscoverOrg provides. I don't feel like "just another customer", Ben Croll and I have become friends!! I know that if I have a question or need support, I'll have it within a short amount of time and likely within the same day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would add, SMB companies be on the platform as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving critical IT problems within the medium and large size markets. The triggers allow us to get near real-time alerts of software upgrades, spend and contact changes within organizations so we can stay up to date and solve problems quickly for our clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate...great tool and awesome partner!

Great Business Development Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Great layout makes finding data inside accounts easy. Love that the phone numbers for many accounts are direct lines, not corporate lines. Saving a search and subscribing is easy too - to get daily triggers.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the expensive side. Some of the accounts have bad data showing them in the incorrect revenue bands and thus do not give us access based on our subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to identify prospects easily and look up additional information about the company when preparing for a prospect call.

What do you like best about the product?
Their dataset is great. Everything else sucks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their sales team and how they treat you once they realize you don't want to give them more money (they attempt to auto-renew even though it conflicts with the agreement you sign).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run IT events and, as stated, they have good data. The rest is terrible and I'll never do business with them again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't do it.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration to Salesforce - it makes prospecting super simple and quick. The accuracy of the data is fantastic, as direct dials are priceless to an inside sales account executive. It's great being able to search companies by the technology products they use so that I only spend my time prospecting into accounts that are market center and more likely to be interested in my solution.

Also, the amount of time and resources this company puts into customer success is unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the companies I'm looking for in DiscoverOrg haven't been added yet. You can always request that the researchers add that company, but you will have to wait. The product is also pretty expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DiscoverOrg gives me accurate data, all in one location so I don't have to spend hours searching online for inaccurate or outdated info. The triggers and company info also help me come to cold calls as prepared as possible, increasing my credibility.

What do you like best about the product?
Wow. There is so much I like with Discover.org, starting off with the stellar support we get from our customer success Manager.
1) Our Manager of customer success
2) Quality support and quick response for any needs we have - it's all about their effective internal communication they have, allowing us as customers the feel of seamless support.
3) Quality of data we get from the Discover.org platform & ability to do quick look-ups for business intelligence or company or contacts.
4) Features like: Triggers & Alerts - Very helpful for real-time information updates
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at all from my perspective
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We avoid the requirement of multiple different cloud/software platforms to do data research, so saving time and money on the back end.
We are able to import directly into our CRM seamlessly and have ability to avoid duplicate creations, saving time and improving quality.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you start a trial, allocate time and use it to experience as much as you can, as it can do more than you expect.

What do you like best about the product?
The plethora of information we can can get on each company is amazing. Whether it be direct dials, what technologies they are using, their financials, or the organization structure, all of the information provided really gives me a leg up on the competition and gives me great entry points on sales calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I slightly dislike about it is the user interface. It's nothing major but it does look a little outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main business problems it solves are getting direct dials for employees as well as finding that entry point to kill it on a cold call. Having more background on what technologies the company is using/what their current IT projects is extremely beneficial when you are cold calling leading IT executives and need to be able to relate to the customer.
