Good...when data is complete
What do you like best about the product?
I like having access to millions of records for contact information, especially in my work as an SDR.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is not always up to date, and this means without proper use, you could end up wasting a lot of money on outdated lead info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation. More leads!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to get the appropriate levels of training from your org or ZoomInfo so that you don't end up wasting your time or credits.

Would like to see the displace of contact information without clicking into each indiEasier way and more ability to send messages through the tool

Having the the ability to build contact lists of decision makers in many organizations in our market place.

Great tool for any staffing professional to use, but would save time if I could view the list of contacts with emails & phone #'s instead of clicking each individual.
Zoominfo is a great tool to find key decision makers

user adoption is easy and great to find direct numbers and email addresses
What do you dislike about the product?
randomly certain companies will not show up or will show people at companies they have left months prior

Sales and finding contacts to call and prospect on

I've tried other search tools, and was just not impressed. Zoominfo is the most comprehensive contact solution.

not being able to look up a contact directly from google search

obtaining correct contact information such as email and direct line, for streamlined prospecting

Ability to source and cross reference contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data can be a bit dated and not always current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a recruiter working a full-cycle desk, i have been able to source the contact information for a great many candidates as well as clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend this for professional use. A very valuable tool.

The interface is great! Super easy to use. Every team I've worked with enjoys the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they checked for phone number accuracy a little more often than they do. I get bad numbers probably for every 1 dial out of 10 that I make.

Zoominfo allows me to gather contact information for new prospects to sell to.
Easy to use. Good customer service.

Amount of contacts I am able to find/purchase. Being able to sort out the ones I do not need before purchasing.

Process can take awhile to widdle down exactly what I need.

Contact data can be old; competitive data doesn't seem to be complete; there should be instructions on how to filter

It is common to get old or non-working email addresses. There needs to be a way to push detail back to Zoom about people who left/moved from a company.

Some of the contacts are outdated or no longer with the company

Finding leads much quicker and efficiently

ZoomInfo - Good Most of the Time
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is extremely easy to use and very straightforward in what it's supposed to do. Enter the company and you get a list of employees ranked by most recently updated and the information is very accurate (when you're looking at most recently updated).
What do you dislike about the product?
The search can get a little crazy when the company name is common or if it has multiple words in it's name. You will sometimes get multiple companies showing up and only be able to filter it by adding a contact as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps us to ensure we have the most accurate data (emails and phone numbers) and it comes in handy when you get bounce back emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's usually more accurate when you know the exact person you are looking for. Also, if you are prospecting a new employee, you can get the email style (first.last@company.com) and it's usually very accurate.
