Baseline GTM Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Best in class integrations with SFDC. Very robust product offering that covers 90% of GTM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data quality can be hit-or-miss when it comes to mobile #s and contact information. I find the need to supplement ZI with additional prospecting tools (LeadIQ, Lusha, Sales Nav, etc).
Additionally, they don't have ranked ICP data so you need to add on a product to your techstack that can identify & prioritize accounts effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The upside to ZoomInfo was that it was easy to use and I found very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to ZoomInfo is that other competitors rank closely and therefore easy to make the switch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily access information for business needs.
It is easy to use, information is pretty reliable and overall is a good tool to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The data is reliable. I like the funcitonality of the tool. Great Interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had better capabilities with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. My company also uses LeadIQ and the interface is much smoother for sequencing straight from LinkedIn. Having the ability to sequence directly from LinkedIn in an easy manner is pretty important to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part if helps me find the correct contact information when I'm reaching out to potential clients. It also helps me gain some valuable information about the company I'm reaching out to. For instance, revenue, location, and facts about the company help when I'm prospecting.
ZoomInfo is a great way to get a detailed picture at a company's org structure
What do you like best about the product?
I primarily tap into the org chart to leverage information on who works on what team, and prospect using phone numbers and email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is usually accurate, but at times it is frustrating to feel you are not finding correct information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows me to fill in the gaps at businesses where I do not have a complete picture of their structures/teams.
Been a ZoomInfo user for over 3 years now
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about ZoomInfo is the ability to track down leads information. You can get access to their location, phone number, email address and sometimes cell phone information. You also have the ability to get information about the company all in 1 spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few downsides with ZoomInfo. First is the cost, it is really high. Second, when we purchased ZoomInfo the quality of the data was guaranteed at 95%. We have noticed over the past year or so, that we are probably closer to 85-90% accuracy. And lastly every time they add a service, it is an additional cost. We are already paying close to double to get this service, where we can get a similar service now for half of the cost, and the accuracy is about the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to help track down contact information. LinkedIn only gives you the company they work at, along with the location they are at, ZoomInfo gives much more.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best contact list generator on the market. I have reviewed quite a few of their competitors in the past & nothing has come close.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that some of their contacts are obtained through an address book plug-in that users of the free version must allow so the contact information is not checked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue that SalesOS solves for us is by providing the contact information for our buyer/industry profiles. It is much easier than manually mining data from mutiple platforms (i.e. LinkedIn, Google, company sites, etc.)

Building contact lists from the detailed filter view and sycing the data straight to my sfdc accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soetimes I feel like the color/UI design becomes a little monotonous but I feel like that's something that'd be easy to change or alter as the team and product continue growing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo SalesOS helps me find and identify the right prospects who fit in our ICP, and when I use LinkedIn or another method to find other prospects, Zoominfo SalesOS fills in the gaps in their contact information.
Zoominfo is the most comprehensive tool on the market!

Engage is quite an impresive tool, we are amazed at our company how quickly they update + add new features constantly helping us in find our ICP.

Sometimes it feels overwhelming, it's quite hard to grasp every tool.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS helps identify who you want to get in front of with your messaging/offer. You can add them to a list and set flows for emails and calls that automate the follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of emails that bounce back, therefore not the current person or contact info. The information could be updated more, but the database is huge. It means you have to check your results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps identify the person you want to connect with and has their email and phone number.
It saves a lot of time mining for information.
We have added this as a lead channel because we can target the ideal customer, and reach out to them quicker. It is generating revenue.
