Reliable tool for outreach and lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Good thing about zoominfo is data availability across all industries and region. I also like the fact my team never complains about the accuracy of phone number and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried their customer support 2-3 time, seriously i had very bad experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool mostly for Account management and reporting, rest my sales ream use it for multiple purpose.
Zoominfo is best tool for gaining intel on companies and contact for sales

Best thing about the tool you can get personal and work number both that too with upto 90% accuracy.

For me evrything is good, yes sometime i feel there are unecssary filters and feature available.

However, with Zoominfo's powerful database and advanced search tools, I can efficiently pinpoint and target potential prospects based on specific criteria such as industry, company size, and job title, among others.
