What do you like best about the product?
Love the simplicity and accuracy of the tool!

A mobile app would be great for Sales on the road
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great tool for generating leads for the sales teams. We love the integration with Salesforce. It saves a lot of steps for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has a plethora of IT contacts in which I can harvest many potential IT candidates. I have used DiscoverOrg as a business development tool as well as a source for critical market data. Now that I'm recruiting IT talent at the corporate level, I can still creatively use DiscoverOrg to uncover passive candidates that may not be in your typical job sourcing applications/tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would not say I dislike. I would more so like to give feedback on how DiscoverOrg can evolve to not only serve staffing agencies, but include or offer a corporate recruiting platform with UI/UX changes to enhance the usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talent Aquistion searches related to open IT requisition. Uncovering "passive" candidates

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has been a pleasure to work with ever since I started. They are always very responsive and care that each customer is using the tool to its full potential. We love using the triggers from DiscoverOrg to figure out the latest things companies around us are working on. I feel lucky that we have such a great sales rep that is constantly checking in to make sure everything is going smoothly. I also really like the new UI. It makes it unbelievably easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes. More of a recommendation is that we wish there was more federal information. We do realize that federal information is a much harder thing to gather and distribute.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are definitely in the triggers and then being able to contact people from that organization to follow up on future projects or current projects.

Excellent solution, especially if you plan to call prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the emails, the direct dials, and the org charts are key. So many of the competitors lack the phone numbers. Say what you will, but the phone is still an important component of prospecting. The org charts help you call high, but also prospect to parallel executives, as well as their subordinates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more information on the company itself - like family trees etc showing parent and subsidiary companies. It is also on the expensive side, so while you get what you pay for, companies do need to consider price, especially if an early stage start up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to identify top prospects at Fortune 500 firms across the globe, and the direct dials increase our connects tremendously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask which titles and how many contacts they have for the industry or geography of interest.

What do you like best about the product?
Good collaboration with my Dynamics CRM and the information on the company is extremely useful. The org chart breakdown is also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The subscription model is too heavily broken up by role, company size and vertical. There needs to be more of an a-la-carte option for real account-based targeting. Say X dollars for all the info on a single company which scales with company size.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation. We now have more company information to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is the best tool there is when it comes to finding direct line phone numbers as well as org charts for companies. With the SalesForce integration, the process is seamless. The UI is extremely intuitive and there is very little training needed to become a power user on the platform. I had evaluated quite a few players in their space and the others didn't compare. Other than their data being the best, their customer support team is awesome. If I ever have a question, they are unbelievably quick to call me. No "email only" support here!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike here. I would say that the only thing would be that we only purchased the North America data set!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having visibility into org charts is key. Also it is a huge time saver being able to call a prospect directly and not go through the front desk.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you start using it you won't be able to stop!

The search capabilities and the customer service. Especially Christina Keys who has been essential in our growth utilizing the solution.

Having to pay for different data sets. I think one price for all the data would make it an easier solution for companies to digest.

Data protection, backups and analytics

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has the highest level of accuracy in regards to phone, e-mail address and org charts. DiscoverOrg also helps us to understand what technology is in place as well as individual roles. The DiscoverOrg system ties in well with our collaboritive/solution selling methodology.

After using competitive solutions, I cannot live without my DiscoverOrg. It's simply THE BEST solution out there for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg does take an investment. As a sales guy, I want access to all titles across industries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with call centers to bring greater levels of customer service to their customers. We eliminate complexity in the call center by analyzing and then improving the people, process and technology behind every customer service call.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is my go to site whenever I need a marketing campaign, need to find a specific lead and best of all are their Triggers option. I can not tell you how many times I got the jump on the competition because of their Trigger option. They are extremely easy to work with, my guy their is Nic Jamros and even though he is in the Pacific Time zone and I am Eastern Nic has no problem fielding a call from me at 8ET, 5:00am Pacific. Whenever I start at a new company , and to get granular the past 4 companies I worked for my first request is a subscription to Discover Org
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I would consider to be negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get direct lines and e-mail addresses'. The Triggers feed that tells me that there is an upcoming project in my space is unbelievable and in some cases when I call to inquire about the new project from "X" company I know about the project before they do!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way to increase sales and get the best business intelligence DO is the way to go. You get what you pay for while there might some other sites like it and cheaper, you get what you pay for and DO is hands down the best! At my first position where I had to make a decision of what to use I chose one of there competitors and in the end it cost us twice as much because within 4 months we went with DO and since then they are all I use
