What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great resource for direct dials...it changed the way that our Inside Sales operated....it is now a staple of our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, honestly we are very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to reach a lot of decision makers, noticed an immediate increase in quality appointments set....it has been well worth the investment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

ability to identify passive candidates and direct contact information for potential targeted clients

cost of exporting data - the data is sometimes old and not accurate. many times I will need to cross reference in LinkedIn.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for 5 years now. Overall, the best aspect of Zoom is the accuracy of information and the ability to be able to navigate and find contacts quickly and efficiently. It is very helpful to be able to search and sort by industry and ZoomInfo has some of the best and most accurate categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I have with ZoomInfo is the process for downloading a list. It is not as intuitive as I would expect to be able to find the contacts I've saved after I've saved them. For one off searches, Zoom is a breeze, but when building a large list, the list can be challenging to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an Account Executive, I'm constantly searching for contact information for potential clients. ZoomInfo allows for me to find all the information I could need, in one place, 90% of the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More valuable and more effective than any other contact information platforms I've seen.

Prospecting is easy by creating lists and exporting to an excel document
What do you dislike about the product?
No always the most recent, up-to-date information. I get contacts who haven't been at the company in 3 years.

Being able to add new prospects into our email cadences daily

What do you like best about the product?
Names, title & contact info in one convenient location
What do you dislike about the product?
No longer able to see telephone numbers and email addresses until you click on the actual contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Correct contact information for sales calls, appointments, emails, etc. Benefits - bringing on new clients and increased revenue stream.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is the bookmark plug in for the browser but I also love the search feature overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it emails the search string now vs how it used to work in the past. It slows down my productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish that it had better location features in the search. Sometimes with HQ being in other states it confuses the search.

What do you like best about the product?
Their accuracy they have with the emails and direct dials for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reach out sometimes says they do not have a person's contact information, however when you go to the ZoomInfo website the contact information is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love that we can find information needed to fin potential prospects. It also helps when we don't have all of the information needed to process leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the time the information is correct, however sometimes the information is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating information in our database.
