Zoominfo is a simple to use and straight forward contact acquisition solution.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Salesforce and title search capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
An occasional error notifying that it can't find the country.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That error mentioned earlier. Ability to bring in accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Zoom has greatly increased my ability to connect with the right person and map the org properly

Data at times can be bad/inaccurate and creates more workload

Finding the right people at the right time and easily importing them with ease. Benefits include time savings, proper account mapping

What do you like best about the product?
zoominfo is a great resource to lean on for finding individual contacts, quite often them being direct phones numbers and emails, with an effective filter system (titles, company criteria, job function, vertical, seniority, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be incredibly slow to manually build out contacts as the data can be out of date. The most effective way to use zoominfo is to leverage Linked In Sales Navigator as a confirmation of the data and prospects your building as much of the zoominfo data can be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem solving: building out contact data bases for our sales team to leverage and generate leads from.

Benefits: we can get more direct contacts more effectively than discoverorg or Linked In Sales Navigator.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that DiscoverOrg is a flat rate annual contract, and integrates quickly with Salesforce. The install was a breeze as a SFDC admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some of the data for niche titles and industries seems a bit patchy. In some cases its out of date, in others its simply wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales prospecting is the main reason we use DiscoverOrg. Helps us navigate org trees and find correct decisionmakers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great if you need Salesforce integration and Org Charts

What do you like best about the product?
Very inconsistent data. UI is reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
sales practices, beware! They hide the contract terms in an embedded link buried in the footer. AEs lied about contract terms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moderate list building but with incomplete and inconsistent data

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to do look up and build reports with criteria. Simple to get started with no real training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike. You worry a little about how up to date the contacts are, but so far it has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to append some of our data or find the right contact at an organization to reach out to. It has helped solve this problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good tool that is very intuitive to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Most large organizations have many different contacts available in the different departments, with direct lines and correct emails to reach out to desired prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very slow in updating if somebody has left the company, they show they have confirmed the person is at the company recently, but when you speak with the company the person has been gone for months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used DiscoverOrg to discover who in the organization I should be reaching out to, this allowed me to quickly target people in the organization and reach out to them with having a lot less email bounces then when pulling a list from linkedIn.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the target size of organizations you are targeting is included in your group.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I am able to find email addresses and phone numbers for prospects I am trying to target. I can narrow down searches by company, seniority level, function, and even submit keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, they do not have any contact information for someone specific I am looking to target. It is also hard to go though a list if there are many contacts from a specific company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to find specific marketing contacts at target companies and be able to contact them via email or phone. ZoomInfo provides that contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to find contact information via LinkedIn, Salesforce, or their own standalone platform, please consider using ZoomInfo! There are several ways to search and they are supposed to have accurate contact information on emails and phone numbers.
