What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very accurate, giving me the ability to confirm my contacts effectively in a timely fashion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, information is very off. Overall, this is a minimal problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketing firm, we need to be up-to-date with contacts in order to give an effective pitch. This software has been able to provide this and more effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Buy this - great company and product

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has a decently active database that is as accurate as this type of service can get, with enough flexibility and agility in terms of search/filter function to make it a very useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike that isn't subjective and/or very insignificant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to focus our prospecting efforts and get in touch with the right people much faster.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You have to use a service like this for a few months before you can determine if the ROI is there - in my case it is definitely worth the small investment.

Hard to run a marketing and sales team without ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
We lean heavily on account based marketing and this tool allows us to effectively identify the correct people in an organization. We have several different lines of business that benefit from our products. We have to have insights into our addressable market and the ZoomInfo team is always there to help us build lists based on our requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not of fan of having to purchase different packages for Europe and Asia. A hierarchy chart of an organization would be helpful was an area that was lacking but has been resolved with the new product release. The merger has really completed the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us validate contacts without requiring them to fill out a ton of fields on our forms. Access to mobile phones and tips help us connect with contacts while they are working at home. This is a critical component of prospecting in today's environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't purchase lists!! They are expensive and are not worth the price.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo offers the best platform I've discovered for finding information on companies to target. I would say it is the most critical thing I do in order to ensure I'm successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My greatest dislike, is that I have no real visibility when I pull lists as to whether or not the companies I'm pulling have already been targeted in my database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding accounts and contacts into the database to receive marketing material.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload lists of companies with no contacts and then create a contact list from desired titles and roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interface could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new companies and/contacts (with contact information) in niche markets where we previously had no such information.

What do you like best about the product?
The direct email addresses and phone numbers I get researching quality leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the info is old or outdated. I also hate that I can only now log into one laptop at a time. Slows me down tremendously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm helping get our software company meetings with the right people at big companies.

What do you like best about the product?
Breadth of companies and positions, there is usually at least a few valid emails and phones number
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot rely on the data in a vacuum alone. I always use LinkedIn to find the prospect then augment that data with ZoomInfo data to get phones numbers and emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make hunting leads faster. ZoomInfo definitely helps me find leads and makes me job easier. It's not perfect but what database is?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a database with almost everyone company you can think of, go with ZoomInfo. If you need a database for a specific industry, you may want to look elsewhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is great for finding and adding new accounts and contacts to prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes a long time to get contacts uploaded into CRM. Also, i have found that sometimes there are a lot of duplicate accounts and contacts that make CRM system messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps to cast a wider net and reach of people to talk to, form relationships, and build your business.

Make sure to try this tool a lot of different ways.
