ZoomInfo has the most accurate data out of all the software we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being real time data. Sometimes it's hard to find new hires in the data base.

It helps me find accurate contact information and helps me reach them much faster with Cell #s and accurate emails.

the tool has humungous data and great accuracy in terms of information provided. The best one is that the data is authentic and follows compliance guidelines. One of the best in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
However, sometimes the prospect information for lower seniority levels may be missing and the database of companies are little outdated. The team needs to work on updated information.

Customer data is accurate and sufficient for the purpose, also it helps managing them the way i need.
Good product, expensive and missing some info sometimes

I like the ability to create tags and lists. They have a wide variety of companies and I like the scoops/insights a lot. We use those pretty much daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Revenue information is inaccurate most of the time. The filtering/list functionality has limitations (there's no industry for wholesale? what?). The categories for filtering are too broad usually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting data for email blasts, marketing campaigns. Seeing what technology people use (we sell technology, so this is a plus).

Inaccurate/outdated information and inconsistencies, like company name convention, the ability to sort search results.

It solves not having to buy list, gives us ONE program to work in, love intent signals!

I'd love to see Zoominfo get better at incorporating specific verticals that are currently untouched. If it's not listed, I've not had much luck getting specific categories added.

ZoomInfo for Sales ORGS
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides many of the decisions makers you may be looking for, with contact information such as phone and email. Additionally, ZoomInfo has great features for Intent and Website Visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint with ZoomInfo is that the data is not always updated quickly. For example, if you find a contact you want to cold call, it is beneficial to cross reference with LinkedIn to ensure they are active with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is providing leads for our Sales Pipeline. This is beneficial because our Sales ORG can use this information to book appointments and grow business.
Good design, great data - with some big exceptions
What do you like best about the product?
I find that ZoomInfo has excellent capacity to scrape data from websites, social media, and third-party data aggregators, and for the most part the data is accurate. The Chrome browser add on is easy to use and integrates well with our CRM, making transferring data quick and mostly painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that there was a marked decrease in data accuracy over Summer 2023 that seems to now be resolving. My recruiters consistently reported data quality issues over June and July 2023, though with help from our account rep we seem to be seeing an uptick in a return to accuracy. Since this is a critical feature of using ZoomInfo's data I'm glad to see that their data quality seems to be returning to previous high standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our business, having a direct line to contact prospective clients and candidates is imperative to success. ZoomInfo allows us to gather reliable data on personal and work contacts for our targets and report issues that may come up for users. Overall having ZoomInfo makes my recruiters lives a lot easier.
