The GTM saviour
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been very helpful during my times when I was a BDE. The sales funnel, the lead's quality and auto-updating customers' contact details. things like these make Zoominfo a superstar.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of forecasting lead or analytic parameters. the knowledge base should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in all tool for sales persons. It saves time by filtering the details and thus easy for BDE's to understand the customer and closing the deal.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy and quick to use. I can run a search on companies in South Africa and narrow it down to industry and jot titles quickly. It saves me so much time doing research.
The chrome plug-in makes my life so much easier when I need contact details quickly.

The only downside is when searching in South Africa I cant narrow my search down by provinces for example Wester Cape or Northern Cape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me so much time doing research into companies and then finding people's contact details. This is the game changer.

What do you like best about the product?
You can find anything and everything on ZoomInfo related to prospecting and building up your pipeline. Its very easy to use and can be integrated with any CRM you use. The support team is highly responsive. I personally use ZoomInfo almost everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, everything works just fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its helping me in creating database also the intent feature has helped me a lot. I have been able to reach out to the right people at the right time and closed more than 6 deals in a year.

Nothing, It's the best sales tool that I ever came across.

Scoops!! The first thing I do every morning is check scoops and latest news on my main feed, I have reached out to many potential clients because of this function.

I have not encountered anything that I quite dislike, yet.

The best thing that ZoomInfo SalesOS addresses is the access to decision makers contact details, instead of going down a rabbit hole, I am now able to contact the decision makers directly and avoid speaking to the incorrect professional.

What do you like best about the product?
Org charts help to identify the correct KDM/POCs. The advanced search filters can refine any broad industies. Liklihood to engage feature is also fantastic when choosing the contact medium. Easily integrated to Bullhorn. Very good customer support. I use on a daily basis.

Some old data, but the contact ranking system helps to tune those out. Also I would say limitations in contact view credits.

Finding the correct KDM /POCs to contact. Also various contact details.
Sales OS has been amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves the data SalesOS can provide. We've tried other providers in the past and none compared to ZI. Love the integration with our Salesforce.com org.
Their onboarding team has been amazing and provided us with multiple training sessions for our reps. Each session was recorded so reps can go back and review the session. They also have several trainings you can take online.
We also purchased Chorus which we are in process of implementing now. Can’t wait to see how it preforms. Our sales team is eager to start using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, so far we have not had any issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were lacking data on accounts we currently have in our CRM as well as new accounts. With ZoomInfo connected to our CRM importing data, companies and contacts has been effortless.
Easy to use and great support
What do you like best about the product?
Bewing able to download contact lists with ICP has been easy. The best part about the relationship with ZI is support from my account manager Sean and the Customer Success team- espeically since our account is not very large- they are quick to respond and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Will run into bad data from time to time- folks no longer at that organization or mobile numbers being to a wrong person not assoicated with the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying ICP in my segment and being able to be more intentional with prospecting.
If you are prospecting and want to maximize revenue it is the best tool for salespeople

The ease of use and the different ways you can cut the data to find your ICP.

It can be a bit daunting, and salespeople on my team who are not as dialed in have a hard time navigating the system. However, I find it pretty easy to use.
