What do you like best about the product?
Very accurate company information with a wide database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is very expensive. While I understand the complexity of the software, it is often challenging to afford this as a smaller company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me find the people I need to speak to and giving me accurate contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo democratizes the way small businesses can compete with larger ones. If you use zoominfo correctly, you can run the same exact "plays" sophisticated go-to-market orgs run.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. Zoominfo is always developing new products to stay ahead of the curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a startup in the beginning stages of going to market. Zoominfo allows me to understand who is researching my product, which company visits my website and then gives me the data i need to reach out to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The extensive database of businesses and professionals. It valuable tool for sales and marketing team of my company which help looking for detailed and accurate information about potential leads and contacts.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is one of the most frequently raised issues. ZoomInfo SalesOS is frequently regarded as pricey. Despite having a large database, ZoomInfo occasionally receives concerns regarding the data's veracity. Users occasionally may come across inaccurate or out-of-date information, which can affect how well sales and marketing campaigns work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool makes it simple for me to find and get in touch with possible partners or clients, which speeds up the lead generation process. I also get useful market intelligence and insights from the platform. I may use this information to inform my consulting tactics and keep you updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitive environments.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Zoom Info for many years beginning with the Discoverorg days. It has allowed me to easily research prospective and present clients. The tools allow me to efficiently grow my sales. The information is the most accurate that I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The filtering is sometimes difficult to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info is the only tool I have found that has continued to update the accuracy of the information. Therefore I can spend more time prospecting and less finding the information for prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
Drills down on the right titles, buyers with influence and decision-makers likely to take an intro meeting or buyers that are tire kicking - to take note of my firm's solutions. Easy to use, integrates and I use it on a daily basis to download new contacts, and look-alikes for my outgoing prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find outdated contact information or a past email that no longer works, but for the most part it's helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales OS helps to identify and REACH the right prospects, and gives an organizational map as to where in the organization they fit and if they're likely profiles to engage with.

What do you like best about the product?
Has scraped info and can get emails and phone numbers of the key contacts more often than not. Even cell for the contacts you are looking to get int touch with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Would be nice if you had one button to copy all relevant info just for user friendlyness.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to upload lists of companies and immediately get a contact search back of the potentially hundreds of companies I am looking for - this is a huge time saver. I am also a big fan of the intent signal section, as it has proved a gamechanger in our prospecting efforts. The platform is easy to navigate, and mostly everything is straightforward. I use the platform fairly frequently, maybe 2-4 times a week depending on where our company is at in the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a couple of items that come to mind - I run into issues sometimes where a contact is way outdated, and they haven't worked at the tagged company for at least 6 months. I think the most glaring feature disability I can think of, however, is there is not a great way to specifically look for alumni of universities. For example, if I'm looking for University of Kansas alumni and type into the contact filter "kansas" for college/degree, other schools may pop up (Kansas State, University Missouri - Kansas City, to name a few).

Lastly, I could do without the constant calling from representatives trying to upsell me on other parts of the platform. Some transparency on the intent search would be helpful, as I have a hard time educating our sellers on the process of how these companies are getting pinged for these signals in order to get buy-in from them to use the signals as "leads".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest issue is finding contact info, or even the right person to reach out to within a company - Zoominfo makes it exponentially easier than browsing the internet.

What do you like best about the product?
The sheer amount of information I can glean from prospects and companies, along with the advanced filters when searching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps allowing a just a bit more credits monthly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting closer to prospects and trimming down my list until I have a handful of excellent options instead of a large list of iffy prospects. It saves me a ton of time throughout my day and allows me to spend more time preparing for interactions.
