Easy to use, great data
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that Ic anc reate lists, get access to emails and phone numbers and insights on the company and latest trends

Sometimes the phone numbers are not accurate for the latam market

Getting to the right prospect within the company, knowing who to contact and getting important contact info

What do you like best about the product?
The AI in SalesOS is incredible. Once I was able to narrow down my ICP and persona type, my buying committee ended up being the first thing that would pop up, making my job much easier and quicker to connect with more prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
SalesOS has not been heavily favored on the mobile numbers in the past - but that has changes drastically over the past year. It's by far the best system for successful, accurate contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI's SalesOS has become the key to managing a successful pipeline with an ICP of just about every company under the sun. Having to get specifics, not chase my tail, and closing deals - I'm blown away by the capabilities provided.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate more is finding out how many employees the company has and how I can synchronize with LinkedIn—additionally, how I can synchronize with the SalesForce application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have to say that I found 10 or 20% of the contacts that are not correct. Usually is not a big issue. I think you need to synchronize in both ways- SalesForce to ZoomInfo and vice-versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to find tech contacts so ZoomInfo can help me with this information. It helps because it´s easier to look at companies with specific search conditions.

Everything is satisfactory except for the customer service, which is very poor.

ZoomInfo SalesOS is effectively addressing challenges related to lead generation and revenue generation, resulting in significant benefits for me.
Phone data quality
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is the highest performing 3rd party lead database when prospecting focus is actionable phone numbers. I switched my prospect lead source to ZoomInfo as Director of RevOps at HYAS InfoSec mid-2022 after ZoomInfo beat 4 other-tested lead data options, each thoroughly tested in 5 concurrent POCs. (POC Test: dialed ~500 ICP North American contacts in 5 lead sourcing tools, with ZoomInfo delivering the most active contacts and ultimately meetings by far, relative to the other 4 tested options).
What do you dislike about the product?
I've heard ZI might have some EU prospect data shortfalls, but am going by word of mouth and qualitative feedback vs my more rigorous data driven assessment of phone numbers. Still exploring this..
More minor drawback ZI: the lead job title accuracy is not as strong as some lead source alternatives, but I've always viewed actionability driven by a phone # to be the signal most important contact db decision criterion, which is where I've seen ZoomInfo dominate in my testing and assessments.

ZI SalesOS ultimately makes the North American prospect profile more actionable with a superior phone # db relative to its compeitition. Our SDR-set prospect meetings increased sharply, with upgraded data quality as one of a handful of primary drivers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo because it's a great hub and database for companies' contacts in different industries and it's pretty great when you're looking for any leads for your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their annual subscription pricing is extremely high and I also don't like their new interface I think it's not functional and very confusing compared to the old one

Thanks to ZoomInfo SalesOs I am able to pull out any leads and look for a specific person in a position within a company and then this contact comes normally with their email address and phone number.

With ZoomInfo, I've been able to obtain the contact information of hundreds of prospects I wanted to target. Its format for providing an overview of the company allows you to obtain a lot of information about the company within seconds, with enough information to form an impression of the company you're trying to sell to.

Although it's sometimes frustrating not to have the correct email of the prospect because it disrupts the CRM sequence. update the business email info more often.

The most helpful feature of ZoomInfo SalesOs is being able to locate or find contact information of your customer, also you can find there the current status of the business, company or organization if it's open, temp closed or permanently closed

I think for me it has a limited resource, many times i can't get the information I need, it's either not available or information cannot be found, I hope they can improve it soon

The main problem that ZoomInfo SalesOS solve is finding the current contact information of a customer and the main benefit that we get from it is we are able to connect, build rapport and create meaningful conversations with them.
