Finally, a tool that works!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that when you find the right person, discover will create a contact and with one click, will upload it into your CRM system, You can sign up to receive alerts for your specific territory and know who's new, who's left the company and what their initiative are for your specific industry.

When at the target company's website, you can see important company details immediately, For example, how much the company is worth, how many people work there, their corporate phone number and address, You can find the correct contact, email address and sometimes their phone numbers all in one spot. You also can find out what other software the company uses and other/similar companies in that industry are also listed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always upload into your CRM System, sometimes it can be a bit quirky. I forgive them because the company is fairly new and always updating and adding companies and names worldwide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to quickly find the right contacts in the right industry, with the correct details. That shortens my research time tremendously! Then to have the contacts automatically entered into our CRM system and a v card created, is great!.

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is an easy to use research tool, invaluable for sales people in the IT Staffing business. It provides current information about a new prospect, including an org chart, and maximizes the impact of a prospecting call.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, product performs as represented. The customer support is very good. My rep is responsive and answers questions quickly. They really want you to be happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitates new customer generation, saves a lot of research time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, very intuitive and easy to use.

Best cohesive sales intelligence tool in the market

What do you like best about the product?
The large, accurate lead database allows us to build and generate leads for pipeline creation. In addition, the org charts are a great benefit to be able to navigate in enterprise accounts, which allows a more targeted approach to sales efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one feature we don't like on Discoverorg. The support from the team and our account representative is above exceptional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation through marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Best customer service of all the platforms I use - Kyle Ziegler is fantastic.
The ease of use is incredible.
The integrity of the data is unmatched.
Each time I log in, there are new companies and new contacts for me to access.
DiscoverOrg has a robust and dialed-in training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sevices span all industries and verticals. So, for years we leveraged several platforms for our research needs. DiscoverOrg changed all that and is the only platform we use today. This has allowed us to allocate funds toward other sales automation tools, which has allowed us to become a more powerful Business Development team.

I would recommend to anyone.

Great Acceleration for Enterprise Sales Organizations

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg provides an unbelievable wealth of information and insight that is very useful in scaling our prospecting efforts within large organizations. Org charts ensure that we're contacting the right people, and business intelligence alerts provide some context for our outreach. One other thing that can't be overlooked is the ease with which we're able to add direct-dial ready contacts to our CRM through DiscoverOrg. This saves a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because we sell into marketing organizations, and because that currently constitutes a bit of a smaller data set within DiscoverOrg, our mid market team doesn't experience full coverage of their account lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to save time in prospecting, while also appending our account records in Salesforce with the proper company information. The biggest initial impact is that it freed up our BDR team to perform more high-level activities as opposed to combing the web for contact information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Know and understand what you'd like to track before connecting it to your CRM. Map unique identifying tags to records added through DiscoverOrg.

Great product - can't live without

What do you like best about the product?
All the information is there-not sure there's any other contact intelligence that can play where DiscoverOrg plays.. who reports to who, contact info, tile. can configure alerts for specfic critera by state/area code, zip code etc. this solution is a no brainer for anyone in sales. And they keep imporving it. Also our rep - Ben Croll - is fantastic: very responsive, goes above and beyond - two big tumbs up for him as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes alerts are After the fact - hey it happens - just wish they were a little more specific to exactly what was being done.. e.g. "Sources Confirm XZY company has started a 500K initiative around network security.." Ok, that's awesome information.. but if they've already started, would love to know what product they chose.. and if they didn't - would love to know Exactly what facet.."IPS? SIEM? Firewall" etc. Otherwise, service is on the money - highly recoomend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with those we're targeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Dont think - do. Or don't rather! - guss that means the folks I find in Discover Org will have one fewer rep calling them..

What do you like best about the product?
The team at DiscoverOrg is extremely helpful and responsive. If there is a company with limited data, they will do the research in a short timeframe, and provide what data they can gather on the Companies Org Chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like is when the data is not right. Such as Kaiser emails are not correct on any level.

Excellent tool that saves a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
The import to CRM function makes creating new leads extremely quick and easy, you just press a button on an interesting contact and in seconds they pop up in your CRM, ready to be worked. The data available is pretty reliable and accurate around 95% of the time (could do with more EU contact data, though I know this can be more difficulty to get!)
What do you dislike about the product?
When importing leads to CRM, the software has trouble with special characters (e.g. é, ü), so that a name like Müller will come up as Mller on the CRM. This can be irritating and you have to look out for it and change the names manually. This happens particularly often for me as I am contacting people in Germany, Austria, Spain etc.

The interface is a bit 90's and could do with being modernised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting can be very slow when looking for email addresses/phone numbers – DiscoverOrg speeds this prospecting process up immensely. This has given me more time to a) increase the number of prospects I contact, and b) spend more time actively working leads once they are in my CRM. This has lead to an increase in the number of interesting opportunities I have uncovered

Discoverorg is my team's top "go to" for Sales Intelligence

What do you like best about the product?
Discoverorg is not just a tool or vendor, they are truly a business partner. I was an early stage Beta customer and have enjoyed a fantastic relationship for many years. This is my 3rd implementation.
My Team: Likes the Data Quality and Business Intelligence.
Myself: Customer Success manager is very responsive, when I need help, they are on it!
7 years ago I needed a Mid Enterprise Data Set, it didnt exist from any vendor. They listened to my needs and built a data set profiling the Mid Enterprise IT segment.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin / manager, I don't use all the search functions frequently. If I had any feedback, it would be that at times I find the search feature isn't intuitive. Again, I'm not a frequent end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an early stage start up and our biggest challenge is having enough of the right buyer persona / titles to prospect. and develop. The new TEDD data set meets my specific challenge perfectly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Discoverorg has the highest Data Quality on the market. Many other features streamline and enable your business. Their customer support and training is the White Glove treatment. Your business really matters to them.

Great product for targeted market

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg has provided our SDR team with direct access to a large number of our target contacts at a high percentage our target accounts. While it doesn't provide every account possible - understandably - the information for the ones there are accurate and effective. The synchronization capabilities with Salesforce are also very helpful. It allows our guys to spend less time with data entry, and more time reaching out to prospects.

The support from the Customer Support team has also been a big reason for the positive experience I've personally experienced. We were a customer of a product that was ultimately purchased by DiscoverOrg. The CSM that worked with us to migrate into the DiscoverOrg system was very helpful, responsive, and built a trust in the relationship which, as the head of sales operations, was critical to enable me to support our decision to purchase DiscoverOrg.

As an update to my previous review, at one point I had some issues with responses to some data quality, once I posted my dissatisfaction DiscoverOrg quickly reached out to see what they could do to fix the problem...and then fixed it. They were extremely eager to ensure I was satisfied and taken care of and that their product was providing us with the highest quality results we could expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've pursued accounts that have announced a new project built on our target audience. Unfortunately, by the time we got that alert and reached out to the prospect, they had already gone through their evaluation period and had selected a vendor. The alert of new projects is not helpful if it's that delayed getting to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for information on contacts in companies with accurate email, phone numbers, and titles. DiscoverOrg provides that and has allowed my sales team to be more efficient in their prospecting efforts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure they include the right types of companies you are targeting. If they do, this is a highly valuable and effective tool.
