What I appreciate most is being able to view information in real time and feel confident that I am seeing the most current updates available.

I would like to see a more forward-thinking approach, especially when it comes to recognizing name variations like Matt and Matthew.

What do you like best about the product?
I definitely like ZI CoPilot in ZoomInfo Sales. It helps us cut through the noise and shows us who to focus on and why, without making us guess. It prioritizes the right accounts and enables us to craft smarter outreach without adding extra work to the day. ZI CoPilot surfaces real intent signals and recommends clear next steps, which means we're not guessing where to spend our time. It streamlines research, highlights the right contacts, and improves our outreach productivity overall, giving us more time to connect with customers. The initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales was extremely easy, especially the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data can be outdated and the emailer could provide more variety.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to identify and prioritize the right accounts and contacts, cutting through the noise and improving our outreach productivity without guessing. ZI CoPilot surfaces real intent signals, recommends clear next steps, and streamlines research, giving us more time to connect with customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales has made it much easier for our team to locate contact information for prospects that were previously difficult to find. In addition, their AI-powered emails are well crafted and have noticeably improved our open rates. The Webtracks feature also provides valuable insight into who is visiting our website, which helps us run nurture campaigns to engage and warm up potential leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the amount of information available. However, refining your searches can help manage this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo has made it much easier for us to reach those hard-to-find contacts at prospective companies. Since we offer highly technical products, it can often be challenging to locate the right people within facilities through online searches alone. With Zoominfo, we are able to identify the contacts we need, and we also benefit from additional insights such as intent data, responsiveness, and other key information about the company. The platform integrates smoothly with Hubspot, ensuring that data is efficiently shared across our resources.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Business Development Rep and an end user of ZI. It has a substantial database of contacts with telephone numbers and email addresses. Its information about a firm's tech stack is usually pretty accurate. The database is put together in a pretty intuitive manner. It has good search parameters. It's telephone number data is correct about 90% of the time. Very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about ZI Sales that I can think of at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to contact potential leads in a company and basic information about a company.

Very easy to import to salesforce. Also wildly accurate phone numbers for a cold caller like me

Sometimes the Zoominfo LinkedIn integration makes me bounce back to the founders profile. Very weird
