What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo’s accurate data, real-time updates, intent insights, leads & prospects contact information, and seamless CRM integration make prospecting faster and meetings more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything about ZoomInfo Sales. It has met all my expectations and delivered great results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves inefficient prospecting by providing accurate, real-time data, including work emails, phone numbers, prospect profiles, and new leads. This enables me to prioritize high-quality leads and streamline outreach efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales has got acurate database. Search filters are incredibly granular. Its precesion make it easier to tailor outreach and improve the conversation rates.
It is much easy to use and the implementation was also very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has been some cases where i have come accross outdated or incomplete contact information. For these cases there is definetly required a manual verification due to which the automating the process is not resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo sales has been a big win for us in data enrichment. Its automatic updates and enrichment tools ensure that CRM always has the most current contact and company information which results in fewer bounced eamils due to which it increases the overall quality of the sales pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is its incredibly rich and accurate database, with this precision makes it much easier to tailor outreach and improve conversion rates. It also provide high quality and up to date contact information and company details. It is easy to use and implementation of this was very easy for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfor Sales offers great features but still there aresome areas that can be improved such as-
Pricing- It is quite expensive for smaller team and company business.
Customer Support- It can be improved as they take alot of time to resolve any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a game changer in our organization for generating leads and sales outreach efforts. It helps us to reach the right audience.
It has helped us in data enrichment. It helos us that our CRM always has the most current contact and the company information.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is very easy to onboard sales reps onto.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are a number of international contacts without any contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unable to source contact information at scale before and now our sales reps have one place they can visit.

Not all prospects have a link to their LinkedIn profile.

Great Experience With ZoomInfo Sales

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information provided by Zoominfo Sales allows us to quickly access inbound leads as well as strategize regarding our cold outreach. The additional features, such as workflows, allow us to maximize our time with outreach rather than spending time with administrative tasks. The ease of use in setting up the feature as well as the support provided, only added to our positive exerience. This past year, entering a new verticle, the data that zoominfo provided was essential to being able to get to market in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to segment certain industries within a verticle, such as hospitality. Hospitality is a complex industry for which there are the brands, the owners and the operators. This complexity makes it difficult to pinpoint the right individuals for outreach. By combining LinkedIn and Zoominfo we were able to overcome some of these barriers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In entering a new vertical, we did not have the long standing relationships. Zoominfo helped us break into the industry by giving us information to be able to reach out to the appropriate individuals as well as the background to be able to talk intelligently in the area.

I've used other business intel tools but my preference is ZoomInfo. ZoomInfo has the best contacts and industry intel!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime challenging to navigate, but the info is there.
