Intuitive UX and Unrivalled Data Depth
What do you like best about the product?
First the UX is great. Very intuitive and even when I'm unsure of certain fields, filters and outputs there is an information box that you can review to understand what and why the functionality does.
The depth and breadth of data in my opinion is unrivalled. Competitor solutions claim they have the data, but in reality they don't

What do you dislike about the product?
The lookalike company feature is a little black box. I've asked my account manager to explain how it works and even they are unable to tell me how. That said, it's not a game changer for me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an agency subscriber, the product helps my business solve our clients ubiquitous data and targeting challenges - from understanding the size of their market, the make up of that market, the data points associated with accounts and contacts - all designed to shape targeting and data sourcing/enrichment decisions that otherwise our clients wouldn't be able to make. As VP Data & Analytics, the product allows us to set the tone for what our work as an agency becomes. The data available to us helps informs our go to market positioning and activation for our clients.
Intuitive and Efficient for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo Sales is very intuitive and has updated information. I also appreciate the insights section that alerts about trends on the homepage. Additionally, I find the filtering part very suitable, with good options that allow for more precise searches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it seems to me that with the new developments in artificial intelligence, I haven't explored the functionalities, but maybe by knowing a little more, I could incorporate or use artificial intelligence within itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to search for clients in specific geographic areas and reduce prospecting times, concentrating everything in a single tool.
Indispensable for B2B cold calling
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity and data quality of ZoomInfo Sales, which is much better than other competitors we have tested. The contact search with phone numbers is particularly valuable to me, as I need phone numbers for cold calling to establish new business contacts. The integration with HubSpot works great, and the initial setup was super easy. During a trial phase, we tested many other tools, and ZoomInfo Sales was the best.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to find new contacts, phone numbers, and emails, which solves the problem of not reaching contacts and always having someone to call.

What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to identify key players and their contact details while prospecting, which is crucial for my role as an inside sales rep. I like the intent feature because it shows me prospects in my market who have searched for services we offer. This makes ZoomInfo valuable as it helps me focus on contacting businesses that have shown interest in the services we provide, rather than just cold calling anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contacts that I get on ZoomInfo Sales are not for the company I am looking for but instead a similarly named company in a completely different market not associated with the one I'm hunting. Also, some point of contacts and numbers are not correct.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to identify key players and their contact details, a big help since it solves the problem of reaching a point of contact by phone.

Accurate information, easy use, lots of features. I frequently use it daily, ease of implementation, ease of integration, and customer support

Nothing, ZoomInfo is the best CRM tool I have ever used.

The ease of prospecting new leads and managing a customer database.
Intuitive and Seamless with Room for Data Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to look at the org chart where I can see different departmental heads and the employees working under them. This feature allows me to categorize them into a particular org level headcount. This deep dive information is helpful for me with respect to running my deals. I think the initial setup was very intuitive and easy. I didn't require a lot of time, and it was just very seamless. Also, ZoomInfo Sales integrates with Salesforce and SalesLoft, allowing me to see my CRM accounts inside ZoomInfo and run my campaigns by just triggering them from ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel the contact numbers are not updated. The contact numbers of the contacts need to be updated. And if that's there, it'd be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find relevant contact information and LinkedIn handles for outreach and email campaigns, integrated with SalesLoft, enhancing my ability to connect with stakeholders.

ZoomInfo Sales solves the challenge of finding accurate contact and company data. It helps me prospect more efficiently by identifying the right decision makers and reducing time spent researching accounts.
Effortless Integration and Accurate Data, Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been very easy to use, Easy to implement, I have used it in my previous organization for fetching contact details and have compared it with Various B2B platforms, like Apollo.io, eazyleads, etc Customer Support was nice too, they were quick and frequent follow ups on the discussions incase they are pending. I have used it everyday for almost a year and it has helped me accurate details throughout. It was easy to integrate as well and its extension also helped me find numbers and email ids side by side
What do you dislike about the product?
They should work on having more contact details as i did find that a lot of times, they didn't have the contact details. Apart from that there is nothing that I dislike about Zoom info sales
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info has accurate contact details most of the time, which helps in Lead Generation and Qualification, also the seamless integration and customer support has helped me in smoother work. It is comparatively cheaper.

Essential Tool for Effortless Lead Generation and Sales Growth
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a great little program. It enhances both our sales and marketing efforts by allowing a one stop shop for the contact information for the retailers and grocers that we are actively looking to to business with. The program is easy to use. We use ZoomInfo every day and it has become part of our process. The automations that can be set up allow us to be informed of leads before our competitors. Zoom is able to track leads to our website and suggest the proper contacts to get back with. They can also use AI to locate companies that the opening, closing and relocating. I will also mention that the sales team at Zoom is not HIGH pressure like so many of the software companies can be. Our sales rep is Sky Stacy and her boss is Stephen Buckley. Both are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and were able to get us into the right program. They did not try to over sell us. They sold us what we needed. The on-board team was lead by Chris Leonardo and I feel that he also truly wants us to succeed. He took the time to get to know us. This will help down the road as we continue to refine our processes. This personal touch has helped with an easy implementation.

At this point in time there are no real areas that we dislike about ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Zoom we would spend hours working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator with very little luck making contacts. ZoomInfo has much of the data that we need, when we need it. It is updated in real time. Previously we used the Chain Store Guide for leads. The problem was that the information was not updated real time. Many cases the folks had left or were no long in the correct positions. ZoomInfo's information tends to up current and leads being solid. It has allowed both my marketing and sales teams the time to speak with the clients. (as opposed to trying to find leads)
