Amazing Sales Intelligence Platform
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is great because it gives me access to a vast database of companies and contact information, providing valuable insights for sales prospecting and lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the pricing they're offering is relatively high, especially when you're a small business or entrepreneur. It also takes a bit of time to learn all about it and get the most of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is amazing because it provides me a vast database of companies and contact information, helping my sales teams identify and target their potential customers.
ZoomInfo is a great tool to use for market research when working with several different companies.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ZoomInfo is probably the ease of being able to use it and how there are so many people from the companies. I am not sure how it would compare to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides are that obviously they do not have information about every single company out there, or the information could be inaccurate. I am sure they have some sort of quality check to try their best so this does not happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company that I work for has so many different accounts so to be able to reach new people at those comapnies, ZoomInfo is so helpful because we can research relevant titles of people we would like to reach.
Reliable tool for outreach and lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Good thing about zoominfo is data availability across all industries and region. I also like the fact my team never complains about the accuracy of phone number and email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried their customer support 2-3 time, seriously i had very bad experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this tool mostly for Account management and reporting, rest my sales ream use it for multiple purpose.

Best thing about the tool you can get personal and work number both that too with upto 90% accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me evrything is good, yes sometime i feel there are unecssary filters and feature available.

I use it mainly for account search and lead generation. Overall quality of data is fantastic. Also email verification and lead enrichment feature i like the most.

I have used other tools in the past, however zoominfo data availability and lead quality is amazing
