Sales Review- HealthCare
What do you like best about the product?
The intent feature is great, and the multiple options to find the fight market, and target group in regards to healthcare prospects. Being able to get layers within each organization is super helpful. Reaching different decision-makers from the same platform makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data at a time is aged, and I find is not as up-to-date as others. When reaching out to prospects, they may longer be with the company or may not be the right fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am reaching decesion makers, and being able to add new leads to the sales funnel. Nurture them along the sales funnel, and find like-minded and similar companies in a targeted area.
SalesOS gives me the business insight I need.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it gives me the company structure and allows me to find those people who are the persona I am targeting. On top of this, it gives me multiple channels of communication to ensure a good faith effort of connecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how on smaller lists it automatically downloads without asking me for exclusions or other limitations on what it is that I am searching for. I really don't have any big complaints. Outdated data can be aggravating, but I understand its difficult to clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving the problem of finding the personas that I am targetting with my product and it benefits me by bridging the gap and allowing me to find leads that are a good fit.
ZoomInfo works well for my company's needs.

I think the abundance of information is the best part about using ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the lack of accuracy can be a downfall. Sometimes the information isn't always up to date.

As a BDM my job is to generate reveneue, in order to do that need data, where zoominfo help me find my target audience.
great tool but with room for improvement

I like the customization of preferences and that you can save them, which is a time saver for me, I have saved searches for contacts and companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a negative keyword option to exclude search contacts and companies that don't fit my search criteria

What do you dislike about the product?
It logs you out if you use the same id on a different iP address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration with CRM saves a considerable amount of time. The Google Chrome extension proves to be highly beneficial, as it allows you to access data wiith just one click. It significantly aids in lead genration efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to gather data on prospects all across the country. This helps us scale our target market and where to go next. WebSights help us with exposure to understand where certain accounts are coming from, allowing us to connect with more businesses on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of information missing when it comes to email and company Revenue. If your sales team dose does not have at least 10 hours a week to work on this program, they will not understand how to execute it properly.

We are using Zoom Info to help us find clients in the marketplace across the US. Zoom info allows us to find more leads for our initiatives and services.

The prospecting process is easier and more organized, where we can filter and categorize the contact's Data

My favorite thing is the depth of pertinent information at a single click... knowing the numbers I have are LMOST Always on target is GAME CHANGER!

The limit of 25 exports at a time to our SugarCRM is a bit of a bummer.

We used a competitive product for a few years (Luscha) which had such old contact data is was almost useless. ZoomInfo deliver amazing result immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo SalesOS incredibly helpful in finding and connecting with the right people within a company. Its intuitive navigation makes it easy for users to get a complete view of a company's structure, personnel, departments, as well as past changes made to individual profiles. This feature helps me keep track of whether or not they are still employed by their respective organisations, which is invaluable knowledge when engaging leads down the pipeline. The fact that there is no significant learning curve adds further value to my overall experience with this remarkable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that ZoomInfo SalesOS does not prevent bad search results from being exported. Also, it can be confusing when a prospect has multiple profiles on ZoomInfo due to job changes and we have to recall DNC numbers for each profile to communicate with the consumer. To make things easier, I suggest implementing an automated system to identify duplicate profiles as quickly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo SalesOS, I'm able to better understand the needs of my potential customer base. The analytics allow me to identify trends and target key accounts more accurately, increasing our success rate in closing deals.
