Good number of filters and integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple options to enrich my data within Salesforce and HubSpot. Quick export options and multiple improvements in the last couple of years from their acquistions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing negotiations can be obnoxious and limited ability to regulate users use of monthly credits. The 1000 credits each month per users is a great way to sell the platform, but I've never been with a company where these users come remotely close to using them while Ops or an Integration user burns through the bulk credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have recently added NeverBounce and RingLead which are great additional options, but in our experience it can be costly adding all the pieces and support is pretty weak with Zoominfo.
Greatly enhanced my ability to find accurate and up-to-date contact information for business leads.
What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS provides access to a vast database of companies, helps sales teams focus their efforts on high-priority leads and improve conversion rates.

SalesOS provides access to a vast database of company and contact information, helping us identify and target the right prospects more effectively, offers advanced lead generation capabilities, and also provides tools to streamline sales processes and workflows
Finding the right number
What do you like best about the product?
I can trust that the phone numbers provided by the platform are accurate. So when I am trying to cold call individuals I am able to reach the correct person without getting a phone number that is inactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isnt much that I personally dislike about Zoominfo. The one thing I would say is that they should not include personal phone numbers since there should be a work life balance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to reach out to industry experts in certain industry to connect them with institutional investors conducting their primary research before making an initial investment.

What do you like best about the product?
Contact searching, how accurate the numbers are, finding mobile numbers with work from home so prevalent, WebSights for outbounding,org chart to find other members within a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo can be difficult to navigate or understand new features without taking a tutorial first. Sometimes I find that certain features aren't as intuitive and require some background info to understand. I've also had issues a few times with ZI not recognizing my credentials then I can't use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main problem ZoomInfo is solving is getting me connected to the right people. Prior to ZoomInfo, I didn't have many numbers and it was difficult to verify emails so I was doing a lot of guess work. I've sourced a lot of opps using the phone and email info provided.
Contact identification and CRM import
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of ZoomInfo SalesOS for its ease of organization and contact identification. All of the curated information and data available is far superior to competitive options, making it the top choice for my company. In addition, the platform's easy import/export capabilities are a huge time saver because they integrate perfectly with our existing CRM. This is why I am so glad we chose ZoomInfo SalesOS - the organization, great data, and easy integration make it truly invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about ZoomInfo SalesOS. However, I would like to see a feature where users can report discrepancies or updates as soon as they notice them. This could be rewarded with "karma points" that users could later redeem for rewards or discounts. This would benefit both ZoomInfo and its users by improving accuracy and keeping ZoomInfo up to date with the latest contact information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo's SalesOS makes my job easier by streamlining lead generation. By providing a wide range of prospect data, SalesOS gives me quick access to the prospects most likely to be interested in my product.

I really appreciate the features that ZoomInfo SalesOS provides. Its search capabilities allow me to quickly and accurately locate multiple contacts with a single query, making it an invaluable resource. I can further refine my searches by selecting additional criteria related to what I'm looking for, making it ideal for any purpose. In addition, its accuracy score provides peace of mind that the contact information is accurate and up-to-date - something no other site can do! All in all, ZoomInfoSalesOS checks all the boxes when it comes to finding relevant details from potential sources - certainly one of the best tools out there today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find that the data in ZoomInfo SalesOS is out of date, making it difficult to find what I'm looking for. Without proper training on the platform, user error can result in inaccurate or incomplete prospect lists during the list building phase. To prevent these issues and ensure the accuracy of key information in all searches and contact lists, regular user training should be conducted.

I benefit from ZoomInfo SalesOS because it helps me stay on top of the ever-evolving business email lingo. With this knowledge, I'm more likely to get my message across and make valuable business connections.
Easy Learning Curve, Feature-Packed Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the interface is, how easy it was to learn and pull lists. The account team has been very helpful in teaching new insights and ways to truly leverage the platform features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about the platform per se, but it has been challenging to narrow in on companies and contacts in our unique industry of meat processing and wood cutting. It is hard to find companies that label themselves as "distributors" - however, this isn't a fault of the platform itself. The account team has helped us think of new ways to narrow down, which is appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is helping us find contacts in our industry that we can use to prospect. It is much more efficient at scale than LinkedIn or trade magazines.
Huge Data Pool
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data dn the general accuracy of everything you find is quite astonishing. On top of that, it is able to integrate almost seamlessly with other Sales tools such as Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can run into slow lag times as you try to pull vast amounts of data though it really isn't that bad in the grand scheme of things. Overall good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is able to provide me with information about my prospects such as their title, job history, email, phone number and much more. This makes my job much easier.

Easy to use tool once we understand the benefits. Provides relevant contact info and profile details and can be a good source to create your focus list. Have been using it extensively.

Constant support is appreciated from the Zoom Info Support team to gain more experience on using the tool better to our advancement. Can be an proactive approach from the team.
