What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is the depth of pertinent information at a single click... knowing the numbers I have are LMOST Always on target is GAME CHANGER!
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit of 25 exports at a time to our SugarCRM is a bit of a bummer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used a competitive product for a few years (Luscha) which had such old contact data is was almost useless. ZoomInfo deliver amazing result immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo SalesOS incredibly helpful in finding and connecting with the right people within a company. Its intuitive navigation makes it easy for users to get a complete view of a company's structure, personnel, departments, as well as past changes made to individual profiles. This feature helps me keep track of whether or not they are still employed by their respective organisations, which is invaluable knowledge when engaging leads down the pipeline. The fact that there is no significant learning curve adds further value to my overall experience with this remarkable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that ZoomInfo SalesOS does not prevent bad search results from being exported. Also, it can be confusing when a prospect has multiple profiles on ZoomInfo due to job changes and we have to recall DNC numbers for each profile to communicate with the consumer. To make things easier, I suggest implementing an automated system to identify duplicate profiles as quickly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo SalesOS, I'm able to better understand the needs of my potential customer base. The analytics allow me to identify trends and target key accounts more accurately, increasing our success rate in closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
We are extremely impressed with ZoomInfo's SalesOS and value its lead generation capabilities. Not only does it help us run effective campaigns, but the easy-to-use interface increases efficiency and enjoyment for our team. It is particularly helpful that contact information such as LinkedIn accounts is attached to each prospect record; having a one-stop-shop for prospects has increased productivity immensely! Going forward, it would be beneficial to take ZoomInfo's success into account when developing future marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that ZoomInfo SalesOS has not had much focus. The fact that we can only get PDFs for reports and have to run the same query three times just to get different results for different companies makes it inefficient. If we could export the data to an Excel spreadsheet, we would save more time and get better insight from a management perspective.

This platform benefits me by allowing me to quickly identify and contact qualified leads, create an efficient sales process tailored to each customer, as well as speed up the sales process.

Must have tool as an SDR
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has proven to be a valuable asset in my role as an SDR. Its feature set and user-friendly interface have significantly improved my productivity and effectiveness. The extensive contact database has helped me identify potential prospects more efficiently, while the intent data helped me reach out to the right companies that are on the lookout for the software I am selling.

One area where ZoomInfo could improve is in their customer support. While they offer support channels such as email and phone, the response times can sometimes be delayed, leading to a longer resolution process.

An Accurate & Detailed Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the most beneficial aspect of ZoomInfo SalesOS is its easy integration with HubSpot and other CRMs. This feature allows me to easily synchronize data between platforms, making it incredibly convenient to have all relevant contact information in one place. Additionally, its powerful search tools allow me to easily find up-to-date company information at any level within a company, while also being able to narrow down long lists using specific key criteria - a huge time saver when I need quick information on specific companies or professionals that might otherwise be difficult to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find ZoomInfo's SalesOS less than ideal because the contact information it provides is often out of date, which can leave me searching for additional sources when a company changes. This lack of up-to-date contact information makes researching different departments more difficult and time-consuming, as I have to consult separate websites or other resources just to find out who currently holds each position.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the problem of outdated or inaccurate relationships between people within my organization. This means I can easily access up-to-date information, which saves me time and effort in trying to keep up with key players in the workplace.

Love how you can save searches to come back too in the future.

THe employee counts are inaccurate but besides that, it is a great tool to use.

Good program for leads
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoominfo because is a good program to identity new leads and you can get their contsct information such as their email or phone number and filter the results by industry
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoominfo is that sometimes the contact is not accurate or when you are filtering by industry sometimes you get results that you don't want

I use Zoominfo for lead intelligence and also to capture new leads on my business. It provides 80% of the time very accurate information and it's useful for my company
