Vital for Intent Signals and Regional Data Bifurcation
What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo Sales for its intent signals and the bifurcation of data by region and industry, which is the best function for me. The detailed information about an account is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy needs to be improved. Automation with LinkedIn should be included at no cost for ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to fetch contact details and intent signals, solving reach-out challenges across regions, which supports sales pursuits effectively.

The amount of leads available and the daily updates

Some of the leads have incorrect information which can be time consuming

Good for Business Leads
What do you like best about the product?
I like and we adquired Zoominfo sales because we thought it world be a great program to look for business leads and integrate it with our CRM and it definitely was!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like about the program that if you want to download a list of more than 100 contacts then you have to use the bulk up credits and it charges you for every contact
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use zoom info in my team for many business things but the main thing is to look for the business leads contacts in our industry and then give them a follow up on our CRM
Zoominfo is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo ease of use has enabled us to optimizing out time invested on lead sourcing. Most companies profile on the platform are up to date and have information relevant to our insdustry.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside of using is the accuracy of the data. Even when the contact info accuracy has been filtered to the highest setting, sometimes, contact information is not accurate which can lead to high bounce rate in our email marketing efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accesibility. Zoominfo if the one-pit- stop to finding data relevant to our business, as well as keeping up to date with marketing trends and updates. It's a great tool to conduct market research.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has been very helpful in researching and identifying the correct contacts to reach out to from an organization! I use it often for outreach and prospecting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more information surrounding an organization's overview metrics, such as patient population, number of physicians/beds, and associated payers was available via ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me identify individuals who would be most helpful to contact when prospecting various organizations/health systems. It closes the gap of missing contact information for me.
Great for US contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing database of contacts (profiles, names, job titles, emails, phone numbers...) + very useful extra features (track website visitors, new users of specific products,...)

Huge amount of leads in North America, much less in other parts of the world

Build prospect lists for my SDRs and find out all the the closest companies (and contacts within these companies) in our ICPs in a few seconds

Zoominfo is a powerful tool that gives you great insight on firms you want to develop a realtio0nship with. It has saved me tons of time on research- One of the best platforms I've used for Biz Intel.

I think its best for mid-size to larger firms; as a user, obviously I want unlimited info at my fingertips, yet thats not possible on any platform-they do a great job.

Saves me countless hours of manual research; that translates into faster sales cycles and happy internal customers

Looking for contact information and it is not available. This doe snot happen often but when it does it is frustrating.

Honestly I like the product - for HealthCare it has good insights to contacts and account hierarchy

For me, the best features of ZoomInfo is the contact search function, you can search by Job title and use any keyword you want to really drill down to the exact people you are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its a little difficult if you are focusing on a certain group of facilities, to setup the search function to only pull your accounts I feel like could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So the best thing about ZoomInfo is that you can find truly up to date contact information in the right areas that you are searching for. You can also easily report dead contacts to them as well.

- Company information (employee count, revenue, facility count, etc.) can sometimes be quite different than what is advertised on the actual company's website
- Not always obvious identifying in a company's profile if they are associated with, or owned by, a larger company

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me efficiently curate a list of relevant companies/contacts that meet the criteria for a given project or campaign. It is the most comprehensive tool I have for finding company info, or contact info.
