Neat lookup tool
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has a very user-focused dashboard. It has a very large database of companies and contacts. It is a nice tool for data enrichment and pre-sales call planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve involved - especially in large dataset analysis. At times, it can be inaccurate as one can have multiple numbers for employee counts on the same company page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a tool used for incomplete data enrichment and enhancement. Our sales team also uses the database information on companies and contacts in their pre-sales call planning.
Generating sales leads with ZoomInfo's SalesOS
What do you like best about the product?
In my twenty years as a salesperson, ZoomInfo SalesOS has proven to be the most invaluable resource I've ever utilized. The seamless integration with Salesforce makes it even better. Their B2B database is by far the best in terms of accuracy and up-to-date and complete contact information. Extensive tools such as org charts came into play when sorting out unqualified leads from existing databases for our team's convenience. Every day, this platform provides me with new insights on how I could help move things forward more efficiently while keeping quality oversight intact at all times -- something that can only succeed with noticeable improvements right away! To benefit quickly enough, taking their free certification courses plus participating in live training sessions should do wonders; however easily, you can succumb to its appealing features soon afterward - time flies before realizing they have gone off too quickly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that data accuracy is not always guaranteed in ZoomInfo SalesOS. Although there are many reliable and accurate records, it also includes outdated connections and incorrect job titles or phone numbers, which can deter practical prospecting activities. Additionally, better integration with LinkedIn to capture more detailed information regarding potential customers, such as their actual locations, would be beneficial in increasing the system's overall effectiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary benefit of ZoomInfo SalesOS is its capability to help identify potential buyers based on desired personas and anticipate purchases through buyer intent. It also offers a great interaction experience with the Engage platform, facilitating an efficient inbound and outbound call process.
It is an excellent platform to find the key persona and organizations to refine for business.

The easy search parameters, ability to find, and the right people for the SDR's to target and grow a business.

The tagging and list features are challenging to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track and manage sales activities in one central place and the ability to see real-time data on sales performance are one of the best features of ZoomInfo SalesOS. The other feature I love is its usability in pipeline and forecast sales. One of the other favorite features I like about it is that we can create custom reports and dashboards, which makes the data accessible readily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only very few things that we don't like about SalesOS. First, the pricing can be a bit high for some users.
Additionally, the interface can be confusing and difficult to navigate, which can be more beginner and user-friendly. Also, the reporting features could be improved a little.

Our Organisation use SalesOS because it helps us close more deals and increase our win rate. With SalesOS, we have all the information we need about our customers in one place. This helps us move deals through the sales process faster and makes it easier to keep track of our progress. In addition, SalesOS gives us the ability to segment our customer base, so we can target our marketing and sales efforts more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the fact that ZoomInfo SalesOS allows me to view detailed technology stacks of target organizations, giving me valuable insights into their used software and systems. With this data, I can quickly identify customers who meet my firm's unique Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Additionally, having direct access to contacts' cell phone numbers right from within the platform is an excellent timesaver in enabling rapid communication with sales leads. Lastly, being able to easily click through LinkedIn profiles for more information about potential clients helps fractionalize research time by providing all relevant contact info at once on one page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of publicity around ZoomInfo SalesOS is concerning. Having the ability to export data directly into an Excel spreadsheet would bypass this inefficient process and make it possible for us to provide management with multiple meaningful insights; however, we can only obtain PDFs from these reports currently, which requires repeating each request three times if you want separate outputs for various entities. Furthermore, several previously helpful pieces in our program usage have also been removed.

Cold calling is a vital part of any sales process, and the challenge can be especially acute when connecting with new leads. ZoomInfo SalesOS gives users access to customer data that they need to make informed decisions about how best to reach out and initiate contact with their prospects.

I use ZoomInfo SalesOS because it assists me in carrying out market analysis and analyzing business-related data. This software includes excellent chart-making, data visualization, interpretation, and sharing tools. It also provides robust and user-friendly reporting capabilities. It is simple to implement and quick to master, and we've found that it has benefited us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that the Chrome Zoom Info plugin is constantly visible and cannot be disabled, especially when sharing my screen with a client. It would be good if this were possible.

It helps us add higher-level contacts to our database so we can be sure to reach the people who make decisions. It has made us more productive and helped us get in touch with those people faster.
ZoomInfo SalesOS - The ideal tool for customer surveying
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of ZoomInfo SalesOS. It allows me to upload and categorize lists according to criteria like geographic region or annual revenue, access organizational charts by division, and export data in bulk into Salesforce for further analysis. I also appreciate that it has an intuitive Chrome plugin that enables me to quickly identify firms through their website/LinkedIn profile - allowing all pertinent info, such as contact details, etc., to be uploaded directly onto the sales force when creating new accounts. Finally, accessing tutorials on how best to use the program via 'ZoomInfo University' have been incredibly helpful too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want a system that allows me to track who joins and leaves an organization each month for more accessible lead validation. In addition, having access to the exclusions filtering tool and being notified of any corporate changes impacting clients on the list should be mandatory features for ZoomInfo SalesOS Subscribers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS Engage is an invaluable tool that helps me save time and manage more tasks. It also prevents potential clients from slipping through the cracks due to inattention or forgetfulness. Knowing when my emails have been opened is especially beneficial as it informs me how well my messaging resonate with recipients.

What do you like best about the product?
Super convenient with the integrations! I love the fact that I can get contact info for individuals when I'm prospecting in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers/info is limited. As data security is becoming stronger the info that is available on zoominfo isn't as much and it's hard so understand if some are accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of not having enough info to contact prospects. As well as, it is a huge time saver with how quickly the info is gained by the amount of integrations available.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales OS has a large volume of valid prospecting data that's valid vs some other organizations in the market. Additiionally, there are multiple insights of data that can be utilized for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can think of that I do not like with ZoomInfo. They provide several aspects of data to leverage for prospecting business to business opportunities.

ZoomInfo provides a time saving solution with high value for information that is comprehensive across organizations from contact information to intent information.
