What do you dislike about the product?
Wouldn't say there is anything to dislike about the tool. Some contact information can be incorrect, but Zoom usually does a good job at getting updates out quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting in finding accurate contact information that may or may not be in out current Salesforce database.
Also providing insights and intent to buy for potential prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can drill down on the company or candidate profile. Zoom info provides high-quality contact and company data, which improves sales and marketing efforts. You get direct information for decision makers personally and professionally. Sometimes you can get personal email's and cell phone numbers. This helps becasue most people do not want to get a sales call during regular business hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
First off, it's expensive! Second, sometimes the information is not uploaded in real-time. If a person leaves a company to go to a new company, most likely that professional contact information is not updated. For the most part, it's a great platform for sales and recruiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, getting contact information for new potential accounts. Easy way to gather information to build a sales category and get instant contact info.
A Decade with ZoomInfo: Seamless Setup and Valuable Insights
What do you like best about the product?
I love ZoomInfo Sales for its incredible ease of setup, which was very simple with no problems at all. I find it extremely valuable for conducting research on companies and gathering data for contacting and positioning, which significantly enhances my outreach, follow-up, and engagement activities. I am particularly impressed by the Copilot feature and the availability of direct and mobile phone numbers, which are among the most useful capabilities it offers. These features, along with the comprehensive data within Copilot, stand out as the reasons I would choose to repurchase and highly recommend the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate having more insights similar to those provided in Copilot. While the current insights are beneficial, expanding on this feature could enhance the value I get from ZoomInfo Sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for company research, contacting data, and positioning, aiding outreach and follow-up engagements effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the data and ease of integration into other sites, along with the ability to scale my outreach with a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The demo was not long enough and the rest of my team did not utilize it in time to get a good feel for the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the way we reach out to prospective clients. Before we were very inefficient in how we were searching for prospective clients. This platform helps narrow our focus to prospective clients that are searching for the services we provide and once we have a list created, it provides accurate contact information to reach out directly with key decision makers.
Cut down on research time
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to quickly find the right contacts within an organization in order to close sales faster. Helps cut down on hours of research, and wading through multiple sites. I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions when a contact's email bounces back, but its rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find the right contact is half of the battle in my work. It helps save time on research, and having to go through multiple sites like LinkedIn, Google, or other pages to find buyers for my product.
Easy Access to Contacts, Wish fAor CRM Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access to company contacts and the amount of contacts that are in the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we are not able to link our CRM, which is not ZoomInfo's fault!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo sales is able to provide extensive contact lists for existing and new companies that we are looking to partner with and learn more about.

What do you like best about the product?
It is user-friendly, has a lot of filters and leads' accuracy becomes better with time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a more intuitive way of uploading leads that need enrichment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding leads for specific companies, specific zip codes, and specific job titles.
Comprehensive Data and Search, But Needs Fewer Extensions
What do you like best about the product?
The detailed information it offers. Also the searching capabilties.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the extensions required in order to use it to its full potential. I feel like more could be set up for you out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows you to find those pesky prospects that like to run and hide. It gives you detailed information about who they report to and whether or not you need to spend more time or not building a relationship with them.

I appreciate that ZoomInfo Sales has been our number one choice from the beginning, which speaks to its strong reputation and effectiveness. The setup process was extremely smooth and easy, making it user-friendly and accessible, even for new users. I love how it helps us find better points of contact and distinguish between outdated and current contact information, which greatly improves our efficiency. The intent tab is particularly useful as it allows me to see what potential clients in our niche are looking for, enhancing our lead generation and prospecting efforts. Additionally, the tool's daily updates mean there are always new options and tasks available for us to explore, providing us with ongoing value and opportunities for innovation. I'm impressed by how it streamlines our processes, enabling us to target consumers directly and offer our services more effectively. Finally, I am a 10 out of 10 on the likelihood of recommending ZoomInfo Sales to others, reflecting my high level of satisfaction and confidence in its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo Sales contains outdated information, such as old phone numbers and contacts that are no longer valid for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find better points of contact, streamline the process to offer services directly, and access updated options daily for new prospects.
Easy Lead Nurturing and Data Export, but Credit System Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It will help me to lead nurturing and find the correct number for USA. It also help me to set the persona and export the data as per the department wise. It is really easy to use and helpful to export multiple data at once. Also, it was easy to implement with D365 which we use most for saving lead in CRM,
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike thing is you get two type of credit one is Contact Credits and Export credit. Suppose if you viewing one contact it will use 1 contact credit but if you export 25 contact at a time it will use 25 export credit which I suggest it should be one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major issue zoom info solving is providing the high enrichment data with good accuracy which I liked the most and helpful for me get good prospecting.
