sometimes information is not accurate when searched state wise.

What do you like best about the product?
The user experience and user flow of the software is so smooth it feels like going with a smooth flow It makes tasks so easy and just all information one click away.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo should try to engage more audience by improving analytics and should provide related searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate information in rapid manner saves time and provides valuable information and lets me do my work with more focus.

Great for prospecting and finding new opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
Having org charts and being able to see different technologies that companies are using. If you're in the software space, it's a huge game changer and extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish this was more fully integrated with CRM, if there was a plugin or app within our CRM so that we don't have to bounce between windows and systems. Sometimes data can be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to see the correct contacts and their contact info, ZI provides all of that and is great to source contacts into my CRM easily and quickly. Love it!

Very helpful information on company and its employees

What do you like best about the product?
The company summary, available on the company overview page, is handy. It helps Sales/Salesops to understand clear picture like buying intent, scoops, hirings, fundings etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Org structure available for the particular company does not seem to be accurate; I have seen instances like same person reports to multiple managers. Hope this can be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I was not able to download the company summary on the company overview page. Now, it shows an option to download it in various formats. It is beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the filter options they provided. The insights are way more accurate than we had previously thought they may be for our unique industry. The plug in works great especially for linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to search and work with some of our customers who do not have a website. Or the website may not be easily accessible. I wish the integration was a little more customizable with our SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having trouble finding the right point of contact and understanding the hierarchy in the businesses we were connecting with. It provided some insight there.

What do you like best about the product?
Some of the most helpful things for me include the accuracy of the contact details, the straightforward language used to navigate the different options and the relevancy of the available information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its nothing that big if you compare it with the benefits of ZoomInfo SalesOS, but sometimes it lags a little when trying to access large data quantity. Still, I guess that's because of the huge data manipulation involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is helping me win business as when I know the right point of contact in a target organization, then half of my worries have been taken care of :).

What do you like best about the product?
It gives us insights into prospects which lets us make more informed decisions, increase sales and improve performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo can add analytics and predictions which recommend similar prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time and energy identifying POCs, which are spent on more productive tasks. It increases productivity, delivers results and boosts performance.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use without training. This reduces the time to ramp up and train new people to use it. The connection with salesforce is fantastic and helps a lot with the integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately is more potent in The United States. Brazilian companies as well did not work in your best shape.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find information and an Org chart of companies that interact with the company or engage with content. The information available is beneficial to qualify leads in the sales funel.

No DUNS is available. That will be a great addition to the information provided

While doing prospecting, Zoominfo provides the best POC.
