What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo SalesOS has been doing wonders for me, their Chorus which is intelligent to capture the lead and the account intelligence, the chrome extension provides with the linkedin profile and other details

they don't have much competition in the market, just hope they keep doing the great work

Zoominfo SalesOS has been efficient to benefit us with the correct data (email address, profile history, personal email id and mob number)

What do you like best about the product?
We used a different tool as a company for almost a year and switched back to ZoomInfo. As an SDR, I can see how beneficial ZoomInfo is even after using it for a few weeks. Email addresses and phone numbers are accurate, they work well and it shows me which ones work better ''likely to engage'' in some of the contacts. I beleive it helps me to perform my job much better and everything works quite well so far. I am using ZoomInfo at least an hour a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first used ZoomInfo SalesOS, there was a problem with Salesforce integration. However, after I got customer support, the problem got solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I previously mentioned, ZoomInfo is helping me a lot to get e-mail addresses and accurate phone numbers of leads that I am reaching out to. It provides me with correct data with phone numbers and the lead export from ZoomInfo to Salesforce is working amazing. It used to take me about 1 hour to create 30 leads in SFDC, and it takes about a minute with ZoomInfo which is great!

The accuracy of the contact data provided by the platform is very good. Helps in finding the right client

Found the the software a bit hard to use. Takes time to set it up properly.

Finding clients that require my immediate service has been hard. Zoominfo sends me regular notification about the companies that require my service and thus saves me huge time.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the most useful tool for getting details about the customers. It is very use to use, implement and integrate with other tools. Customer service is prompt and helpful. It has multiple features like profiling customer, real time insights and information about company financial is something I would recommend the frequency to use everyday.

Zoominfo doesn't have alot of data for Nordic businesses. It is very expensive for small business.

Zoominfo is useful in identifying customer information. Understanding their business and then positioning our services better. This make the customer experience better.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the best tool for finding details about accounts. The prospects insights are very accurately and well delivered. It is easy to use and implement. It can be integrated with most tools. The customer service is very helpful. I would recommend it to be used everyday. All of features like real time insights, org charts, and competitor information is very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive and doesn't have alot of information on Asia region.

Zoominfo helps in getting well defined details about prospect, thier role, org structures and competition. This help in better account management and under customer.

The advanced filter, helps your drill down more information, narrow down your search operations, you can filter more criteria's such as geography, person has email id or cell number, which technology a company is using and what all people are searching on the websites.

recently i found, there has been missing field in some of the data in europe region, and alot of people have opted out of contacts from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
basic problem of not able to get the person's email address and cell numbers is the common challenge solved by Zoominfo

Zoominfo Sales OS is accurate and it has alot of database, the new version is better because now you just type and select the criteria for picking the contats

What do you like best about the product?
It is most helpful in acquiring leads' company information like their direct number, mobile number, email, revenue, HQ number, and even their technology insights. The scoop functions are also helpful in finding the current important news in the company which helps bring prospects on board with that information. The advanced filter option in Zoominfo helps find companies and leads more easily with good precision.
What do you dislike about the product?
The leads data in Zoominfo is not reliable sometimes like the numbers and emails being wrong. If the lead has left the organization or others it's taking longer to update when compared to other sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Navigator. When inactive companies show up in Zoominfo, there is no other information about the company like a different company acquisition, closure, or other issues. The technology insights available for the middle companies are very few and not available for many companies. There is no option to find out the ZoomInfo day-to-day count for individual log-ins to avoid the credit count from running out.
