I've been using Zoominfo for Clients information. It's been very useful for me to reach my clients.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, features, Easy integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to update leads information timely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM integration is benefitting the most as we are able to engage more with the clients. By using Zoominfo's filters, I'm able to pull out the right client information.
Zoominfo review from a business development POV
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and extentions are super easy to understand and it took only few days for me to get the whole process with our sales managemnt tool. I use zoominfo everyday, in my busiest our i woukd be on zoominfo only, this is my go to tool because of the powerful features that are ground breaking for any business development persona. We always work with zoominfos export data, the exrichment is amazing, highly recommond to any business to go and impliment this into your system. Using easy to onboard and the customer support is amazing as well, they give you all the time slots and i have missed some times, they are so polite and nice to understand my situation. I love zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad about it, please fix the chrome extention it loads forvever sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to find the right persona in my set of accounts, pulling various data which will help me position our product based on the intent signals that we get from zoominfo. This feels like sales hack.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is easy to use and implement. Doesn't require coding and can be integrated seamless with other tech stacks. Has a sea of data in terms of accounts, contacts and potential customer. The customer support and enablement is very well curated. I would generally end up using on a daily basis. It has many features I personally like and gives a competitive edge to prospecting approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo pricing model can be more friendly to small organisations and ability to update incorrect data in real time would be beneficial.

Zoominfo helps in solving the problem of connecting to right people at the right time of the buying cycle and helps in tailoring our pitch.

we provide revenue cycle management services and solutions, we get all the hospital and healthcare providers data which are autentic, genuine, and most important we get to know the company summary, which helps us in contacting the decision makers

It is the best tool in the market and there is no doubt, so I would like to see more new enchancements and easy usage

ZoomInfo is most effective to give additional information about client data. It helps in building a strong buyer persona and position our services accordingly. It is easy to use and implement. It would be beneficial to use on a daily basis. The customer support is helpful and knowledgeable. It is easy to integrate with other tools and also it provides a wide range of features like competition data, market intelligence.

It would be better if more information related to direct contact details of the customer and more personalized persona information for APAC region

ZoomInfo benefits me by building a strong customer persona and identifying the needs of the customer before hand, which helps in stronger and more customer friendly consulted approach

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and user friendly. As a hunter, it has a lot of data around prospects, accounts, trends that are useful during making a sales pitch. The customer support team is prompt. It is easy to implement and integrate and requires no coding. We could use it everyday and leverage it.

It has limited data for Europe region. It can be expensive for small organisation and teams.

It is helping us in identifying insights and trends about potential customers and target accounts.

they have high-quality, direct contact data that you will not get anywhere, they have advanced search filters to build an accurate database with amazing accuracy

there are data which are bad and need some updation on regular basis

We can create a target list with the company and contact information available at Zoominfo that helps to reach target clents easily.

I think its very costly that is the reason i got its access very late.

Prior using Zoominfo it was very difficult for me to access data in low network connectivity area. But i can use Zoominfo data in offline mode.

The insights on accounts are accurate and need of the hour for hyper personalized messaging to prospects to standout and grab attention. It is user friendly and helps in every day outreach. A team that wants to succeed can't go without using it more frequently. The support team is prompt and helpful. It also easily integrates with most of the best crm tools. It easy to implement, doesn't require too much tech knowledge.

Cost is too high. Data for Apac region is less.

Zoominfo is helping us solve the problem of identifying right stakeholder, understanding them better by getting greater insights and connecting with them to open new conversations and map existing org for farming accounts.

Periodically updated so I have the most accurate B2B contact information

Source relevant Exec level contacts informations for almost any size of companies within the US. This has tremendously helped us in reaching out to the right contact and initiate conversations
