Zoominfo prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is a great first step for prospecting. They make it very easy with Salesforce integration to import company and contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Zoominfo compared to other prospecting tools is that I often find contact information is outdated/incorrect. Prospects often are no longer with the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They make it incredibly easy to import contacts and save me admin time manually entering contact information. I also like the feature that allows you to search for similar companies.

IT IS VERY EASY TO USE. I LIKE THAT I GET TO USE SEARCH, AND I GET TO SEARCH ALL OVER THE STATES. IT IS VERY INTERESTING TO FIND WHAT I NEED

EVERYTHING WORKS WELL I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY

I GET TO TALK TO THE DIRECT CEO OR FOUNDER, THE BEST IS THE I GET TO CALL THEM DIRECTLY I DONT HAVE NO COMPLAINT

Zoom provides the key decision makers' contact information along with important company information
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a ton of tools with the Zoom program with a lot of great information. I wish there were tutorials loaded on the website to show how to use them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me get to the key people who I need to reach out to, the decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple, seamless integrations to SFDC and Outreach. The most accurate data that I've encountered compared to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
No clear way to tell if a contact suggestion gets updated. Some data is very dated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to prospect a large number of accounts quickly. Great news and org charts.

I like how easy it is to export my info to Salesforce.

It does glitch pretty often but they generally fix it fast.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo is constantly updating and provides enough information on a company for me to complete my prospecting. I also love that ZoomInfo will plug into Chrome so I can access it throughout my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the visual aspect of the interface is a bit wordy and clunky. While scrolling things will be unclear or there are exporting issues. It's not always easy to navigate between pages and saved searches or know which saved search I am in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfor Sales0S allows me to self-source my own leads and input them into my pipeline. This way I can supplement leads provided by my leadership team with more specific and relevant leads.
Great platform for finding new contacts
What do you like best about the product?
Personally I like the detailed information not just on an individual employee but also on the company. For example, industry, organization size, employee count, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be more helpful to get a display of other zoom info users that have also looked into the account recently. That would help me get an understanding of whether the account has been prospected recently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping solve the issue of lack of data or organizational info. There are far too many businesses that I cold call with no idea the POC, zoominfo has helped in this workflow.
Easy to Use & Time Efficient Extension
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the efficiency of the Extension that ZI offers. It is a fast and easy way to access company information while working on many different projects at a time.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I am being picky, outside of the extension, the list-building and navigation within the web app could be a little bit cleaner but it still more than does it's job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI SalesOS helps me operate on the fly. It gives me easy access to complete company information when working through both prospecting and multi-threading tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, it is very intuitive and helps decrease the time spent collecting the data leaving more time to prospect. Additionally, the customer service support is very quick to assist and friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is not having access to the full offering, but that is more of a 'me' problem with how much budget we set aside this year for the program. I am hopeful next year we can get some additional functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem I had with other programs was incorrect or old content. So far it seems like there is very few if any old or 'dead' contact information in the system.
