What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use is the number 1 best thing about Zoominfo, the way you have all company as well as prospect info on one screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are quite a few contact information that is not up to date. But it is also easy to update yourself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have my team prospect easier and find the correct decision makers and find the right buyer personas.

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to mass import and export prospects in an easy view within LinkedIn and the various prospect websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do get a lot of boucebacks which is annoying because I feel like sometimes it is a waste of time to prospect.

Finding the contact information of the prospect.
Best Sales Intelligence Tool in the Business!
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's accurate company and employee data is the best I have ever used. Their Intent feature is also a game-changer, along with their SalesForce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation is a bit quirky, but it's not too difficult to work through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS solves the most significant problem all salespeople deal with: Finding the right person to speak with and their contact info. I came up in sales when finding that information took up hours and hours of my time. Now it's available at the click of a mouse.

Ability to find accurate data on diverse job titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is expensive. For small teams it is unfeasible

Lead generation is the most important thing and this save a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
It has been an incredbly useful for my day-to-day life as a BDR for two years. Then the past 3 years as an AE... the ability to pull multiple contacts in SF has been crucial for me when it comes to prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I do not like with ZI. Sometimes it can be a bit slow, but that is because I pull in many contacts at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that are solved are importing contacts and finding contact info much easier. This is such an easy tool to use when it comes to finding emails and numbers of people that influence deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to view insights and scoops from different companies, makes it very easy to reach out to the right contacts at the right companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the extension can be buggy sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to see where people are spending their time researching relevant solutions, and makes it easier to reach out to someone in a timely way.
Intuitive, Great service support
What do you like best about the product?
From a user experience standpoint, easy to use and doesn't require much training. Intuitive when users can easily select filters and explore many options with trial and error. Also, if integrated with CRM exporting contacts and syncing is pretty simple! Great support staff if any issues raised.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the technologies used by companies are not updated. Also, for Bulk sync of contacts, it would be helpful if accounts were mapped for the organization and didn't need every user to map them

We were having a hard time strategically reaching out to a specific type of customer. ZoomInfo helped us narrow this down with analytics.
Zoominfo has its ups and downs
What do you like best about the product?
The filtration system is helpful, intent is great, the best part about it has to be the ability to export directly from zoominfo to your CRM, ease of use when it comes to exporting contacts or companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can work on their operating systems at times, there are times where multiple people have issues logging in. They do not do the best job in updating contact information for SMB or mid market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it is solving is the time it takes to prospect; it is making it easier for users to find contact and company information within minutes, instead of having multiple tabs to scroll through. Biggest resource is time.

Reporting hierarchy in organisation is amazing feature for prospecting

The accuracy for database for contact number is really poor
