I use ZoomInfo for prospecting every day. I also received great support with a login issue.
What do you like best about the product?
Org charts are helpful to find departments to contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact data (titles, current employees, numbers, emails, etc.) not always 100% accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intent data helps me target new accounts and contact info helps direct outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple filters in terms of companies and contacts, which are very helpful in finding the correct details. As a B2B lead generation specialist, my work became much easier after using this.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo filters are useful, but sometimes, they don't work. Also, the intent feature of ZoomInfo is a complete waste.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are improving day by day with updates. They made the interface intuitive. Earlier it used to crash a lot but nowadays, it doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info is a powerful tool to get the contact information of targeted personas in any industry. The tool provides Emails, Mobile numbers and Direct numbers. The data accuracy is good and data is available at a 20-25% rate. The buyer intent tool is good but could be better in terms of giving insights. The interface is easy to use and manages the teams as well. The extraction of data is easy but I am facing some glitches too. The technologies signals are another interesting thing for Industry insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data available in some industries is comparatively low. The prices are super high compared to other platforms like Slintel and Apollo.ai. Sometimes the information on the tech stack was not appropriate. I don't know if this is a glitch but after filtering the lead list and downloading it, the platform doesn't extract the mobile numbers and you will have to do them manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any G0-To-Market process needs contact information for an outbound reach. We use Zoominfo to extract the contact information for our outbound campaigns or Linkedin Reachouts. We are building our prospect list using Zoominfo and reaching out with our solution offerings. The product helped us to build outbound campaigns and boiled down to generate 2.2 million in revenue in the first year.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo SalesOS is the list-saving function. It's great that you can upload bulk contacts and add them to an email drip campaign with minimal effort. The interface is straightforward, and it's easy to transfer leads to a more personalized outreach strategy once they've interacted with your content a few times. Narrowing your target audience by job title and role increases the level of customization, increasing your ROI on closed-won leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there have been a few instances of unanswered emails and unreturned phone calls from ZoomInfo SalesOS, this is by far the best data software I've ever used. So, for example, if you get a bounce back from trying to contact someone through ZoomInfo details, you can adjust it to say that the email address was wrong and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS enables users to obtain the direct number of the individual they need to speak with instead of having to call and possibly be transferred between departments based on the person answering the phone. This makes it easier for users to connect with the person they need without going through a lengthy process.

What do you like best about the product?
The information in ZoomInfo is accurate, up to date and very easy to find. My knowledge and use of the platform is pretty cursory, but I go to it all the time. The chat customer support is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat-bot is not the best. It will need more development. I had a simple issue with a "tag" and the bot sent me in a circle.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is my favorite platform because it gives me the ability to reach out to thousands of contacts all over the globe. My whole team uses ZoomInfo regularly, and I don't think we could function without access to this incredible resource. The massive amount of data available on ZoomInfo has opened up countless new possibilities, and I don't see us ever switching to a different platform. If you want to grow your contact list and improve key performance indicators, ZoomInfo is the way to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about ZoomInfo SalesOS is that it's hard to get email addresses for potential customers. You may encounter frequent bouncebacks using the provided email address, preventing our emails from reaching the prospect. It would be helpful if more email addresses could be verified so we can contact a greater number of people efficiently.

The ZoomInfo SalesOS is an excellent tool for salespeople who want to focus less on individual facts and more on establishing causal relationships. With this tool, they can investigate potential contacts and their positions within companies before even contacting them.

What do you like best about the product?
Using ZoomInfo in conjunction with LinkedIn and HubSpot can be AMAZING, it is amazing how it integrates seamlessly. I love how you can update your contacts information DIRECTLY from the plugin in Google Chrome. I also have to commend the support team who is AMAZING and very responsive and caring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some information is not up to date. I would prefer to have more up-to-date information and an effective tool to scrub. Also, it would be helpful if ZoomInfo was able to have a link DIRECTLY to the platform you use (whether Salesforce or HubSpot) and can link the person's profile in a corner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is solving A HUGE PROBLEM our team was having. We needed to find information for our prospects in a way that integrated seamlessly with our system and ZoomInfo was a major solution
ZoomInfo SalesOS is an excellent application for cold calling and other forms of outbound marketing.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how practical it is to be able to search Zoominfo. I can locate nearly all the companies I need quickly, and I appreciate that anyone from anywhere in the world can sign up and begin chatting with me immediately. It's a good thing there aren't more of these websites out there because I wouldn't be able to find reputable online sources of information without them! Zoominfo is a fantastic tool that has helped me accomplish more than I ever thought possible - thank you!

What I don't like about ZoomInfo SalesOS are the long processing times, lack of data for the UK, and inability to create a targeted mailing list for construction because ZoomInfo can't filter results by square footage. Even with these minor issues, though, it's still been a valuable tool overall.

This is because ZoomInfo does not always reflect individuals' most recent job changes, making it hard to determine if a person has changed jobs. Additionally, two distinct listings will sometimes appear on SalesOS, listing their former and current employers. This further complicates matters and makes it difficult to get accurate information about a contact.

An excellent resource for specialists
What do you like best about the product?
The technology has been around for a while, and we have had varying success rates, but this year's upgrade has seen a massive spike in adoption rates. This is particularly impressive given the current climate in the tourism industry, where commerce has seriously declined due to the pandemic. The sales team's skills in using intent topics, scoops, and data enrichment have significantly contributed to our success. Data enrichment, in particular, saves us a lot of time on lead processing to focus on giving our customers a complete picture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a few things I don't like about ZoomInfo SaleSOS. For one, the email addresses of prominent corporations could use some improvement. They often give you an invalid email address, so you shouldn't expect a response from the prospect. If more emails could be validated, our marketing activities would be more effective, and we'd be able to reach a larger audience.

The sales ZoomInfo tool is excellent for small to medium-sized businesses. However, it could be improved and is relatively cheap. This program can help you find potential customers and business partners, so I recommend using it.
